I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but I had a disappointing experience during my most recent visit. Even though it was close to closing time, I decided to buy two slices of cheese pizza, though they didn’t look especially fresh in the display. When I commented on this, the gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner or manager) offered a few explanations for why the slices looked that way.

Terrible customer service that does not follow their posted policy around seating. When I asked to speak with the manager she was rude. When I asked for the owner to clarify the posted policy the manager said “that’s my mom and she’s not here. “ The restaurant not only lost a good sale today but has lost our future business.
I tried to leave a review and it won't post so I will try again. My family and I ate dinner inside on Friday night after seeing the trains. They were extremely busy but to our surprise the food didn't take very long and was just as good as always. Our server (also the manager I believe as she was helping the counter area, as well as getting change for the employees up there) is really why I wanted to write this review.
