This restaurant was sold 2 mos ago. I have been going there for 30years. Is is terrible i ordered lasagna it looked like dog food.i was sick all night with diarrhea from it. Only had 2 bites sent it back for just spaghetti which was also terrible. I will never go back again. It is a shame. Like losing an old friend. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

We love taking our daughter to see the Christmas train and getting a pizza lunch/dinner. Always a 10/10 outing.

Italian Gardens used to be great, under this new ownership, things have gone downhill fast. Clueless new employees, no customer loyalty, money hungry owner...... it's unfortunate, the original staff and managers were great, but don't expect the same IG you were used to. If I could rate the owner, I would wish for negative stars as an option.

One of our favorite places to eat pizza. Excellent food and it’s a great place to take kids and enjoy the fountain at kenilworth.

The food was delicious as always! The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming! Bryce, who is new to IG, did a wonderful job. He also was pleasant and did great taking our orders and serving! Thanks, Chris, for always being cordial and welcoming! Susie and I really enjoyed our dinners!

My pizza was great, the garlic knots were pretty good, and the service has been great too. I haven’t had a bad experience.

I’ve been coming to Italian Gardens for years and have always appreciated their food and local charm, but my experience on Friday, November 7th at 7:31 PM was really disappointing. The staff team at the counter was surprisingly rude — not just curt, but dismissive in a way that felt unnecessarily unfriendly. It was off-putting enough that I decided not to place an order and just left instead.
It’s a shame, because this has always been a Towson staple and a place I’ve enjoyed supporting over the years. Unfortunately, the lack of courtesy and warmth from the staff during my last visit left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I used to get food from here once a week. It’s been about 3 to 4 weeks since I came in because I moved. But after ordering my spaghetti with meatballs and a drink for $28 I waited Before tipping. Thank God I did, they brought my food back in under 5 minutes. I said come on guys, if I wanted microwave food I could that at home. They swore he was making it fresh before I came up. But when I got home it was cold. Total 10 minutes, the bread was from last night. When did it come where u have to tip at a carry out spot ?? Like really ???? All this kid did was hit 3 buttons on a computer screen ? I won’t ever recommend this place again. Or order from here. There went that, anyone know of a good Italian restaurant ?

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but I had a disappointing experience during my most recent visit. Even though it was close to closing time, I decided to buy two slices of cheese pizza, though they didn’t look especially fresh in the display. When I commented on this, the gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner or manager) offered a few explanations for why the slices looked that way. I asked whether the pizzas in the window were being held over for the next day, and he assured me that was not the case. While I appreciated the clarification, it struck me that instead of selling slices that were clearly past their best, a better gesture would have been to offer an extra slice or a small courtesy to your last customer of the evening. That small act would not have cost much, but it would have left a positive impression. As someone who has worked in the hospitality business for over 35 years, I know firsthand how generosity and small gestures can build customer loyalty and long-term success. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, and I am unlikely to return in the future. Would you like me to also make a short, punchy version that you could use for a quick review (like Google or Yelp), or do you prefer this longer, detailed version for direct communication with the business owner?
Terrible customer service that does not follow their posted policy around seating. When I asked to speak with the manager she was rude. When I asked for the owner to clarify the posted policy the manager said “that’s my mom and she’s not here. “ The restaurant not only lost a good sale today but has lost our future business.
