The service in this place wasn't good, they had a big attitude, they took so long to take my order and there was barely people there and they gave me my drinks wrong and when i told them it wasn't right they were so mad and rude, i do not recommend this place.

Absolutely love this spot for boba in Towson! They always have new and exciting flavors every time I visit, which keeps things fresh. The macarons are a hidden gem, highly recommend trying the pistachio and espresso flavors! The staff is super friendly, and the environment is always warm and welcoming. Definitely a go-to place for both drinks and sweet treats!

When I came in to pick up my drinks, the two employees at the counter side-eyed me and spoke very rudely to me and was unwelcoming. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just by being there. It makes me feel that I was unwelcome to the store and felt very uncomfortable. I hope you train your employees to be more welcoming and friendly :///

Just tried the Ginger Milk at Kung Fu Tea and I'm obsessed! The ginger has this amazing kick to it but it's not overpowering at all it blends so well with the creamy milk. It's got that warm, cozy vibe that hits the spot, especially on a cold day like today. The sweetness level was perfect too not too much, not too little. Honestly, it's exactly what I needed to warm up and feel better. The staff were really quick with my order and super nice about it. If you're looking for something different to try, definitely go for this one. It's become my new go to comfort drink

The first time I ordered from here i got the Mango Green Tea with mango jelly and it was great. I don’t know what happened this time, the mango green tea was beyond bitter and i couldn’t even drink it. Customer service was alright, I would just recommend to try out other boba shops near by since you wouldn’t expect the drinks to be great every single time. :)

I went to this horrible establishment. I ordered 1 drink and it was beyond disgusting. So I went back in and asked for a refund or to exchange my drink for a different type but 1 of the workers said I couldn’t. So i left out and thought about how i just spent Ridiculous amount of money for a little cup of juice and balls. But yet they couldn’t work with me so I could get a better drink. So I went back in and asked where is the manager I had to pull a Karen Just so I can get what I deserved And then they wanna act all scared and finally give me my drink But I didn’t like her face when I asked for it. Y’all need to train your workers to be respectful to customers no matter their circumstance. I will never go here again!! Y’all don’t know how to treat your own customers who pay for y’all wages it’s sick.
