I walked in and it took some time to be acknowledged even after I tried to get the barista’s attention. The matcha tea I was served was super concentrated and had to be stirred quite a bit before it was drinkable. All the matcha syrup was just sitting at the bottom of the drink. The cold foam was THICK and unevenly distributed.
Overall, not a pleasant experience and not worth the money I spent. This is not the first time I’ve gone there and been disappointed by the service so I don’t see myself coming back.
