Wonderful experience from start to finish! Great waitress, good food and nice ambiance inside restaurant. Great for a special occasion. We were there 4pm on a Sunday, and it wasn't very busy - but we did come at an odd time, after lunch and before dinner crowd. It did start to fill up as we were leaving.Parking: You can have our ticket validated inside restaurant for free parking.

One of the worst Korean bbq you can ever go to. You will not get butter to cook your meat on so your food will stick, the meats are bland. They never have sushi ever. Understaffed as all hell. Be wary my black community because you will get served last. I watched as a group of black men came in and they never got served so they left out. Of course the white people got better treatment here. Was so disgusted by their behavior that I couldn’t finish my food and left. You will get an automatic tip taken out. I recommend K-pot since it’s still in the Towson area and you won’t have to sit next to ungrateful white people complaining about their meals.

I ordered bugogli to go online under the korean dish part of the menu and they gave me boiled looking chicken then i called to ask why i didnt i get the regular korean barbecue bugolgi and they said they dont sell korean barbecue to go although there is a pickup option. The lady they got an attitude on the phone and said i dont know what to tell you and i asked to speak to the manager they then told me to dispute it through doordash and hung up …i looked through many pictures online and found nothing that looks like what i received and now i have to wait and hopw they give me a refund … never coming back

Both me and my husband love Korean BBQ, but i wouldn't recommend this place to others.Me and my husband ordered beef brisket first, which that's our go to first order when we eat kbbq. The waitress was very nice and cooked our food for us, but the brisket was very greasy, there're a lot of fat we took a few bites and was already feeling sick. But since we're both hungry, we decided to go ahead and try another meat. We picked spicy bulgogi and regular bulgogi, loved them but because of the brisket we were not able to enjoy the food. Once our daughter finished her mochi we're ready to pay. I got the check, $92 (2 golden coach, 1 steamed egg and $6.95 chocolate mochi) and 15% gratuity already added, so our total ended up to be $105,03. I dont think theres sign saying automatic gratuity for 2 ( and a toddler) unless i missed it. I personally dont think its a good idea to add tip to party of 2 or 3 people. I also dont think its necessary to tell customers tips are being split between 4 people. I was a server so i understand how important tip is, but this is not a nice way to collect tip from customer.I've been home for about an hour 30 mins and i am still feeling sick. Pretty disappointed with this place i dont think id ever come back.

We had a party of 10, our hostess Veronica was very accommodating, she explained everything, food was delicious, service was on point, drinks flowed, and her customer service was excellent. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!Vegetarian options: Thought the dumplings had meat - flavorful and delicious - but it was tofu inside and I couldn’t even tell!Parking: Parking is validated we paid a dollar

It was a lot of food and they let me heat my tortillas to prepare tacos and they even cut the lemon I bought to put on my tacos, excellent service and the meat is very delicious. I also liked all the food!

My husband and I went there because we have eaten here before with no issues and enjoyed it. So for a date, we went back. We are not newbies to K BBQ so we knew what to do cooking wise. We were served the uncooked food but never got the chance to cook our own food as the waitress started making the food for us. Even if we went to cook our food, the waitress would occasionally come over and take the untensils from us to cook her own way. While we were eating, our table started to have roaches crawling across the cooking area. We immediately stopped eating and let our server know, who KILLED IT by my food and walked away. The people eating at the table next to us were also having the same problem. No one said anything but continued to just kill the bugs on our tables. We were livid and disgusted, and made our feelings known. The manager came out to let us know that it was the neighbors who caused the issue. Nothing was comped. All we got was a Sorry then everyone just went about their business. I will never eat here again.

Had to get up and cook our own food! Brought out “shrimp” that were prawns with heads and skin on. Let them burn cause the waitress was distracted. Food was mediocre and not worth the $35 per person when they take 30 min to fill a drink or cook your food. Asked for a fork for one person at our table and received it half way done our meal after several requests.

All of our food burned bc the waitress didn’t pay attention to us one bit. Not worth any amount of money! My husband had to cook our food!

We had a lovely dinner. We did not have the BBQ. The food was excellent as was the quality of the ingredients. Our server, Veronica, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and pleasant. We will definitely be back again!Parking: If you go to the Cinemark you get 4 hours of parking for $2. Plenty of time for a movie and a meal.

Not my first time going I went around 2pm with my bf we were the only customers there before another family came halfway through our meal other than that it was slow during lunch but we loved everything as usual we left rubbing our bellies lol and I need to learn her name cuz she’s always so sweet and all I can say is she’s Korean up and down lol don’t play with her only reason why it’s not 5 stars was because the seasoned steak was too chewy for me. Everything else was fire and they had hot green tea so that was a huge plus.
