Trash everywhere in parking lot rude person taking your money. Things are too expensive these days to tolerate that I’m a Chick-fil-A guy all the way around great business plan great model may not agree with politics, but he knows how to run a business McDonald’s just take your money and give you a call cheeseburger.
just spent 30 minutes waiting for a shake that my daughter was craving. went inside to get it and 6 employees saw me but did not help me. I was not there to them. one of them being the manager on duty. not wasting my time at this location anymore. customer service is horrible coming from someone who has been in the industry for 20 years never have I treated someone like they are not a customer. went to hunt valley location. way better! Towson . . .do better!
