The employee really need to pay attention to the menu! How do you not know the basic combo meal numbers??! Then repeat back to to customer to make sure you AND the customer are on the same page…not go with what you THINK you heard the customer say.

Truly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Was picking up DoorDash orders and was being actively ignored by the employees in the back. It appeared that one of the employees children were there in the lobby and kept yelling for them over the counter. I had to wait about 15 mins before I had to yell over the counter and insert myself to be given the orders I was there to pick up.

Food was well cooked and fresh. Staff was inattentive. Restaurant was dirty with sticky tables. Couldn't find or get ketchup anywhere. I mean, why is it hard to get ketchup at a McDonald's?????

There is an option to buy the toys separate but they won't allow me to telling me I have to buy a Happy Meal in order to get the toy I looked up their policy and it does allow you to buy the Happy Meal toy separate I do not know why this McDonald's don't do it

I ordered McChicken regular couple times, but they always give spicy McChicken. That’s the problem not only with the merchant at this location, the same situation is everywhere. Just in Essex I received the correct order.
I drive 25 minutes for this particular McDonald's location! Always fresh and worth it! Just double-check your bag. I got the wrong sandwich today. Still coming back!
