Today was one of the worst customer service experience i have had. I pulled up to the drive through and placed an order for a chicken nugget. I intended to follow up with the sauce for the nugget but the staff just totally ignored my request to update the order with a nugget. I eventually met a second staff at the first window whom at this time had the head set. I informed her about the update to my order. When I got to the second window I inquired for a supervisor but the staff that gave me my food who claimed to have the headset previously, noted he was the supervisor. I stated my complaint & displeasure with the way I was treated. I hope something is done regarding this. I am quite sure the business will be loosing money & customers because of terrible employees like this. No customer deserves to be treated terribly for patronizing the McDonalds franchise.
I was eating my mcnuggets and i found a rectangular chunk of rubber in one of my nuggets! so gross and unsanitary! will not be coming back for a while

Tried to order at the drive through. Isabella was rude and said I couldn't order a double mcchicken. Isabella wouldn't even let me speak with a manager. I went inside and Jania asked if I needed help. When I said I needed help she said she couldn't help me and nobody was at the Frontline. She said I had to use the kiosk. I asked for the manager and Jania became frustrated which I understand because it was a lot going on and she didn't seem to have much support. In the meantime the staff was playing and watching a viral video repeatedly for laughs. The manager came out and explained that I could order a customized double mcchicken. (Which I already knew) Another member of management came out and I explained the situation to him. He apologized. As I was explaining the situation he listened patiently and even requested that onlooking employees mind their business. Both members of management tried to make things right, but by this time I didn't even want the sandwich anymore. My gf was in the car and I didn't want to come back empty handed so I ordered her sandwich and they took care of it as a courtesy. They also gave me a coupon for a free item. This made me feel a little better. If the staff doesn't want to work there they should take employment somewhere else. I'm sure when they want service from other establishments they expect to be treated with respect. They should treat people how they want to be treated.

Drive thru is NOT 24/7 and false advertising is not ok. They put cones up and no sign to say it’s closed. They just don’t answer. I’m inside now and no one has greeted me whatsoever. No gloves but scratching scalps.
