Every time in this store once order is completed I need to request for extra napkins here every time but in other McDonald stores the service professionals memorized return customers requirements and that is excellent. This is sometimes very annoying, and should have a more professional attitude. Take it casually, but it is very important. Today I was in the drive thru park waiting for food, once I got food then I requested for napkins and ketchup but she never came back. Ohhh…Thanks

I went to this McDonald’s because it’s my favorite everytime I go they get my order right everytime, this one time I had order a larger fries, burgers and nuggets and when I got to the window one of my items was missing and courage and employee that works there made sure I got everything I paid for. Didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes at all

Order #258, i order the bagel steak&egg with one hash brown, went home the steak was pretty bad with lkts of fat and hard to chew. I also ordered 1 bacon and 1 sausage biscuit, the bacon with cheese only and sauge with with egg. Both of these was wrong. The bacon had egg and the sausage only had egg and cheese with no sausage. Last time ordering here, i was leaving the public dump on Warren rd and decided to get a bite to take home, my mistake, never again.

this evening i ordered a triple cheeseburger with no salt and ONLY!! ketchup. well you won’t believe this one. i unwrapped my burger to find pickles, mayo, AND ONIONS??
I went to mcdonald’s later this evening in the hopes of enjoying a fast and flavorful meal with my autistic best friend. walked in and waited at the counter for my take away order and chad told us that he had never placed our order even when we showed him the receipt! The management here sucks. Chad was on his personal phone, ignored us when we asked for assistance, and even informed us that my friend would get a full refund if he cancelled the order and it would take 2 hours!! unacceptable!

I ordered sweet and sour, gold sauce and extra ketchup ,they didn’t give me my ketchup and give me the buffalo ranch instead of gold sauce, I WANT TO TRY THE GOLD SAUSE!!!

The employee really need to pay attention to the menu! How do you not know the basic combo meal numbers??! Then repeat back to to customer to make sure you AND the customer are on the same page…not go with what you THINK you heard the customer say.
