Please do something about the speed of service as this used to be a fast location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an unusual amount of time but my first job was at Burger King so I know how it can go sometimes. However, I waited 22 minutes for only a Large Coke that was ordered in the app and when I pulled out of the lot, realized it was diet. Come on.

Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They will literally assemble your entire order and then just stand there and stare at it as opposed to walking it out to the car if you order curbside pickup. Why offer curbside pickup if you're just not going to do it? The employees know that most people who come there are on their lunch break and deliberately serve food as slow as possible to discourage people from coming to this location in the future. If you are coming here and you have a 30-minute lunch break, don't expect to get your food with enough time to eat it. Go somewhere else.

Didn't get a receipt in drive thru. Part of the order was missing. Got receipt and drive thru had rounded up my total without my authorization. Fries were half full and undercooked. Burger was dry and cold.

This is the WORST mcdonals I every been to the customer service is Awful the fries are horrible the fries are hard and has a terrible taste the health department needs to pay this mcdonals a visit after going thier several times I will not be returning it not safe to eat the food is horrible

I know it's always the whole hoax of McDonald's ice cream machine, not working.. But at this location, the machine is never Working. Today I was told they didn't even have ice cream.. I'm not sure if they need to get the machine fixed Or Hi, employees that actually would like to work.
Was planning to order at the drive-thru and stopped in for the restroom, just in time to avoid ordering from an establishment that is infested with flies & accompanied by garbage-filled water runoff trickling through the drive-thru lane.

You're either a McDonald's fan or you're not, but I love some McDonald's when I don't want to cook anything and I love ordering it from the app you get lots of deals and then you just drive up give them your number and they have your order ready.

The Manager/Supervisor running this McDonalds along with the workers is straight trash. It’s always something missing. They can’t even put a simple 4 piece nugget in the box smh! All ima say is check your food and drink before leaving. Just horrible!!!
