Order was wrong. Complained and window was shut. Went inside and waited 12 mins for fries. Meanwhile an altercation broke out between a customer and employee. Customer’s child had been waiting 30 minutes. This one used to be one of the best. Plus they give u Diet Coke on purpose

I door dashed an order from this mcdonald’s, It did not take very long to get to me, only about 10-15 minutes. My food was cold, my fries were stale and gross. And whoever packaged my food wrote “Karen” with a smiley face on the bag. My name is Kaylah. and my dashers name wasn’t “Karen” so I think that was their way of calling me a Karen. I ordered at 12:30am because i had just gotten off of work and was hungry and too tired to cook. So that is just very disrespectful and just flat out unprofessional.

This location constantly has weak Coke or will miss items from your order in person. Seems chaotic as you have to recheck everything you purchase just to make sure you are not missing items. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Joppa Road location.

i placed a mobile order for table service sat and waited 15 minutes it was a cheeseburger and a coke dont take that long to make so i go up to the counter and ask and he turned around and picked up my tray off the back counter and handed it to me. didnt even attempt to deliver it to my table like i selected. mcdonalds need to stop offering stuff their lazy staff wont do.

Great experience here! We used drive thru around 10:30pm and the line was long but kept moving. The exceptional part was the two people working the windows were so friendly and engaging despite it being late and them being so busy. Literally the nicest fast food workers around.
The worst Mc Donald's on this side if town. Service is trash and the food is trash. Do yourself a favor and go to another Mc Donald's.
