The guy who took my order never greeted me or thank me and I helped give him a pay check and he had a man bun in his hair lol really ?? the worst place ever ! Avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity. The owner or owners will be shutting this place down soon or selling it because.... people like myself will find somewhere else to go ! Just in case.... there are other McDonald's near but going here is just a waste of your time and energy.... please for what ever normalcy you hold dear don't go to this place !Kid-friendliness: Cheap

The drive thru is fairly quick! The food tasted like it should, I've been at all times of the day, every menu (breakfast/lunch/dinner) is perfectly fine. The shake machine is a hit or miss, but what can you do? ? Most times my food order is accurate, a few times there's been items missing from my order, or items that I didn't order in my bag. Oftentimes they're out of something, (drinks, sauces, cups ect.) and they DO NOT want to accommodate you in any way, shape or form! For instance/example, you oder your meal they ask you what size, you say medium they tell you they don't have medium cups or friboxes ? and say you can get a large, and then they charge you for the large, or you order your meal, then they tell you their soda/fountain machines don't work and that you can get a different type of drink (orange juice, shake, slushy, Frappuccino, or bottle water) then, they charge you for that item like you had other options, or it's your fault that the soda/fountain machines aren't working. ?

Went through the drive thru, did not check my receipt. I ordered 2 hash browns and a Large coke $26.92 charged to my card. Some how I was charged an extra $20.00.

I ordered a fresh big breakfast and they didn't care, they gave me an old one. I ordered a sausage cheese McGriddles and they gave it to me WITHOUT the sausage, I feel very disappointed in this place

This location constantly has weak Coke or will miss items from your order in person. Seems chaotic as you have to recheck everything you purchase just to make sure you are not missing items.Do yourself a favor and just go to the Joppa Road location.

I am very disappointed in the drive -thru services. Three different tines I returned home and was missing items. One time I went back because they forgot to put one of the burgers in the bag. I asked if I could have hot fries because I didn't want to eat the cold fries when I returned back home. The young lady asked if I brought the fries with me. I wasn't thinking about the fries when I rushed back to get my missing burger. I tried calling this last time because one of the kids meal boxes didnt have the nuggets innthe box and no one would answer the telephone. This is becoming very frustrating.
