It’s mostly a fine restaurant except one dude who looks at customers with disdain in a highly selective way and purposefully takes more time to start making my order. The same employee also has a rude tone, and while I understand the sentiment, it’s annoying since I’m an easy going customer. Likely won’t return due to this one guy. They also burn pizzas frequently.

About half the time they'll burn the pizza. Sometimes they'll tell me and make a new one. But about one third of the time they'll box it up and say nothing and I don't know until I get home. So....I check now

I've been to this location several times, and have been very pleased. The staff is friendly, and the location is clean. The food quality is excellent. There are set pizzas, but I prefer to personalize mine. I get double tomato sauce and extra mozzarella cheese before adding additional toppings - all for a flat charge regardless of toppings. I plan to go back again.

My pizza would have been really good if they didnt burn the bottom of me and my fiancée pizza. We ordered through grubhub but thats still no excuse to send burned pizza through delivery.

This is what the Towson MD store delivered after not disclosing on their actual app that they utilize DoorDash as their preferred delivery service. I was not notified that DoorDash was the delivering company until 40 minutes later when I received a text message after placing my order. My order was promised by 6:11pm... I had called customer service at 7:00pm as I had still not seen any movement from the assigned driver. Finally after the driver picked up our food we find that he has forgotten half of our order! How is this even possible when drivers are supposed to confirm all items are picked up. MODs delivery customer service rep had absolutely no empathy for the situation and this was how our food showed up after waiting an hour and 20 minutes. We had been quoted 45 minutes! My children now have to wait for other food to arrive, as I worked out of town all day and we had decided as a family that delivery was our option for the evening. This food is inedible… our pizza pies have uncooked bacon and the pizza itself are burnt and hard as a rock. The food was not even close to warm by the time the driver finally got here. And the icing on the cake was the store manager laughing about the situation and telling us that we were out of luck and that he wouldn’t help in any way. Completely disgraceful and deceptive practices… never again!

The customer service was horrible. The staff was rude and disrespectful. No one said hello, they just acted like they did not see me. They had attitudes from the moment I walked in the door. It was like they hated to see me come in. I tried reaching out to cooperate and never got through to anyone. This location is very unprofessional, and I do not recommend anyone going there. FYI Pizza was not cooked all the way!!!!

First time I've ever been there today. There were two young gentlemen helping me. Both were very kind and accommodating. I got a salad and garlic cheese bread. Both were great. The place was very clean and the food was displayed well.
