I have never eaten at MOD Pizza however both my son and I order from them quite frequently whether we are at his place or mine or whether it's just one of us ordering for ourselves. To me pizza is all about the sauce and the crust and I like a nice thin hand tossed crust and a tomato sauce that is flavorful without being overpowering and mod has that with just the right distribution of cheese the only other thing that I add typically is fresh basil and that is a perfect Pizza to me. They used doordash for delivery and the only time things weren't on time was when they were early. I've had their salads in the past and they are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend MOD Pizza.

Places like these are just brilliant. The business model, the abundance in the way you can customize your food, the atmosphere, the food options, chefs kiss. I kinda underestimated myself with the small pizza. I technically could have ate more so if you like to feel comfortably full after eating, get a salad or a side. Equally as delicious and you can customize it how you like it.

Honestly I was very skeptical because of it being a franchise, but I’m so glad we gave it a try. The food tastes like the ingredients are high-quality. The service is also good— friendly and professional. The teas and lemonades are delicious, too.
I never thought I’d say this about any company, but I hope Mod never goes out of business.

Friendly enough, but the pizza was just ok and the salad was freezer burned or badly wilted. Probably won't be back.
It’s mostly a fine restaurant except one dude who looks at customers with disdain in a highly selective way and purposefully takes more time to start making my order. The same employee also has a rude tone, and while I understand the sentiment, it’s annoying since I’m an easy going customer. Likely won’t return due to this one guy. They also burn pizzas frequently.

About half the time they'll burn the pizza. Sometimes they'll tell me and make a new one. But about one third of the time they'll box it up and say nothing and I don't know until I get home. So....I check now

I've been to this location several times, and have been very pleased. The staff is friendly, and the location is clean. The food quality is excellent. There are set pizzas, but I prefer to personalize mine. I get double tomato sauce and extra mozzarella cheese before adding additional toppings - all for a flat charge regardless of toppings. I plan to go back again.

My pizza would have been really good if they didnt burn the bottom of me and my fiancée pizza. We ordered through grubhub but thats still no excuse to send burned pizza through delivery.
