Very slow, my pizza was ready and waiting on the counter before I could even pay (no one on register with 5 other people in front of me) even with our pizza being ready they were giving out pizza to those who were BEHIND US in line. Swear it keeps getting worse every time we come.

It’s mostly a fine restaurant except one dude who looks at customers with disdain in a highly selective way and purposefully takes more time to start making my order. The same employee also has a rude tone, and while I understand the sentiment, it’s annoying since I’m an easy going customer. Likely won’t return due to this one guy. They also burn pizzas frequently.

after visiting this store at least once a week. i have given them 6-7 strikes. i will NOT return here again. it used to be much much better. Lately every online order has been wrong. so i decided to order and wait. first time pizza was burnt. today, i asked for extra cheese along with other toppings. i litterally watched the girl throw my original pizza away for some reason, make a new one. when it came out finally, it had less cheese then the other 2 normal ones that came out with it. when i asked, the girl had attitude. IM DONE WITH THIS STORE!!!

I go here now and then, after work or before a movie. One time, they slipped chicken into my four cheese pocket pie (I’m a vegetarian), apologized profusely, gave me a refund and a coupon for a free pizza next time. I was more than a happy camper. Came in this place and I’ve never been to one like this. The girl making the pizza wasn’t what I’m used to better service.
MOD is the best personal pizza place there is! One price, endless toppings. They have great rewards on their app, which gets you free food. I love their housemade drinks too! The staff is friendly and gets the line moving quickly. I do miss having broccoli and ricotta as toppings though!

For a chain pizza joint , it wasn’t bad ..I had the jasper . Mushrooms and sausage ..I would go often if I had one near me ..I just recommend you ask for the pizza well done so the cheese is cooked to perfection for the best taste ..
