Not sure if ownership changed. New staff is sub-par compared to the old staff who was much friendlier and attentive to detail. Not much you can do about it. The other Nalley on York Road in Timonium is now much more superior even if it is further away.

Almost everything was prepped for closing and hour before closing. The dressing was thin, the portions were undersized, and most importantly the food itself tasted as if it were about to go bad.

This is the jankiest Nalley Fresh ever. They randomly added wasabi peas to my salad and charge full price for salads that are half the size of a regular Nalley Fresh. It's in an office building also. Two stars because they were nice enough.
My daughter had foot surgery on March 27, 2018. The staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Terry did an excellent job. I can't say enough nice things about this staff.
