We drove all the way from New Jersey to eat there as my partner grew up eating their food. We arrived 30 minutes before they close due to our long drive, we were about to enter and the person at the door says they’re closed even though their closing time is 11pm. Absolutely terrible experience, we drove 3 hours to eat there.

No one spoke to us when we came in but there were at least 6 employees standing behind the counter or out in the empty restaurant doing tasks. Overall a pretty drab vibe. They were out of several sides and desserts. We had to remind them of our drinks and sides multiple times so everything didn't come out at once. When it did come out, the chicken was undercooked. We have Nando's in Chicago and love it so we thought this would be a guaranteed decent meal but we were very wrong. Super disappointing.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER order wings from this spot. Waited nearly half an hour and all 6 of my wings were burned to a crisp. No amount of sauce could save them, it was like eating charcoal. And like other reviews have mentioned, takeout portions aren’t enough to satisfy a child. What a shame.

I’m getting tired of waiting 30+ minutes for a single, very simple order (ex. one boneless breast with two sides) when the restaurant is not busy (maybe 3 other tables) and is more than adequately staffed (more employees than customers).
Good tasting food and great service equals my patronage 3 times a week.

Today- Not always! Today was horrible, Dry dry dry Luke warm chicken, Luke warm, not fresh garlic bread even though I specifically asked to wait for fresh garlic bread, mushy, Luke warm Brussel Sprouts. Yuck! I get the same meal every time I come here and to all your locations do I know whether the food is fresh or good because I’m comparing meal to meal since I always order the same meal. Today I specifically came around lunch time to assure freshness but no, I couldn’t even force myself to eat more than 1/2 if it. This is ridiculous and I hate to waste my money on a bad meal.
