No one spoke to us when we came in but there were at least 6 employees standing behind the counter or out in the empty restaurant doing tasks. Overall a pretty drab vibe. They were out of several sides and desserts. We had to remind them of our drinks and sides multiple times so everything didn't come out at once. When it did come out, the chicken was undercooked. We have Nando's in Chicago and love it so we thought this would be a guaranteed decent meal but we were very wrong. Super disappointing.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER order wings from this spot. Waited nearly half an hour and all 6 of my wings were burned to a crisp. No amount of sauce could save them, it was like eating charcoal. And like other reviews have mentioned, takeout portions aren’t enough to satisfy a child. What a shame.

I’m getting tired of waiting 30+ minutes for a single, very simple order (ex. one boneless breast with two sides) when the restaurant is not busy (maybe 3 other tables) and is more than adequately staffed (more employees than customers).
Good tasting food and great service equals my patronage 3 times a week.

Today- Not always! Today was horrible, Dry dry dry Luke warm chicken, Luke warm, not fresh garlic bread even though I specifically asked to wait for fresh garlic bread, mushy, Luke warm Brussel Sprouts. Yuck! I get the same meal every time I come here and to all your locations do I know whether the food is fresh or good because I’m comparing meal to meal since I always order the same meal. Today I specifically came around lunch time to assure freshness but no, I couldn’t even force myself to eat more than 1/2 if it. This is ridiculous and I hate to waste my money on a bad meal.

I like Nando's. Nice macros on the half chicken and the mango lime flavor is solid. It's a good option to get a half chicken takeout and slam it at home while watching your favorite show. If you're dining in, the interior is nicer than I would expect from a restaurant like this. My only complaint is that it's kinda pricey. Nando's can't seem to figure out if they're more like Chili's or more like Chipotle. I think they'd have greater success operating in the fast casual space along with Chipotle and CAVA rather than offering a full service dining option, but that's just me. Anyway, 1/2 chicken is dope. Just make it cheaper.

Very disappointed with their to-go portion size. When in the restaurant, I always receive a decent amount of food. Whenever I order from Uber Eats, I get screwed out of my food. Just look at the portion I received in comparison to the actual fill/fold line of the box. Mind you, these containers are very small to begin with. Their portion sizes are disrespectful to an adult. Mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, and liver. Not even enough to fill my toddler; who two of the items were for. Last time ordering delivery from them.
Best place for grilled (bone-in) chicken. Enuf said!!!

Ordered on Uber Eats but they only allow you to review the delivery and not the restaurant on there. This restaurant does not care. Ordered the rainbow bowl which is $18. It was sour to the point of being inedible because it was dowsed in the lemon & herb drizzle. DRIZZLE where? The chicken breast was small, and not even cut. So am I a part-timer now? The portion was small. They shouldn’t be allowed to charge more than $7 for this. They do not have any QC. Not sure if it’s different if you order in the store but I am appalled.
