Staff called the police on me because they did not know how to work their own register.
I came to this establishment and the food was good but the problem came up when I went to pay. My bill was a little over $30 dollars and I wanted to pay in cash and put the rest on my card. My server charges my card and tells me that it is not showing up on their end but I proceed to show her that the charge had taken ALL of the money in my account. So at this point they have taken over the amount of my original bill. She starts saying that I couldn’t pay my bill and that she is calling the police. A police officer arrives and says if I can’t get another way to pay that due to my age I would have to have to come with him (I was 17 at the time). Someone kindly offered to pay my bill even though they TOOK ALL THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND STILL HAVE CASH THAT I GAVE THEM. But while the staff is preparing to change the payment method receipts start coming out the machine…. They didn’t press the button to finalize the charge for my account. And that’s why the police was called on me. Please don’t go to the restaurant but if you do I suggest to just bringing cash. LOL

I went here tonight for my daughter's birthday. Spend $310, online the price was $25.99 pp but on the menu in person, it was $35.99 pp, rushed and disregarded, no one liked their food but 2 people. The food had no flavor even with adding the ingredients from the bar. I let my waitress know and she was not helpful either. She rushed us to order and pay the receipt. You never know who you may be serving. I wasted so much food and money that could've been spent elsewhere.There is also a 18% gratuity for a party of 4 or more.This is our first and last time here.

Best hot pot place. The conveyor belt is the kicker for me. Good selection, great taste, good service, and etc. Soundtrack is annoying Top 40 trash, but a minor detail.
Vegetarian options: More cost effective for meat eaters, but no reason why vegetarians would not enjoy it.
Dietary restrictions: Every offering appears to be isolated in both table service and on conveyor belt. Might need to check with the kitchen for ultimate safety...

This is my favorite place to go for hot pot! The staff is amazing, friendly, and very fast and the food is delicious and fresh! I am always impressed when I come here, especially recently as they have added new things like crab legs and they have some items on their sauce bar that I do not see at many other places! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and wonderful hot pot experience. In addition to the good food and staff, the atmosphere is great (the playlist is always so random but so, so good) and everything is very clean.
Vegetarian options: There are tons of vegetarian soup bases and food items.
Parking: If you park at the movie theater garage, you get 3 hours of free parking. There are some other lots a little closer, but you do have to pay for those.

I had a great time at this hot pot place! The sauce options were fantastic—so many choices to customize the flavors just the way I like them. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken nuggets and spring rolls were. They were perfect little bites between dipping everything else in the broth. The noodles were also a standout, so delicious and cooked just right. On top of all that, the waiter was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

The following issues are the reasons I will not be returning:
- The restaurant charged per person even though me and my partner wanted to share a hot pot. This is not the norm and have not experienced such a policy at other hot pots establishments. - Charged separately for drinks even though it is an “all you can eat”. - Food gave me and my partner severe stomach pain. - They do not offer takeout boxes and will charge you 20% extra on your order if food is wasted.

Was very disappointed when overcharged for food (we have shared one big pot at other Hot Pots and were charged for the pot, not per person seated at the table), we were refused take out boxes, and we experienced stomach pain and diarrhea from this food.
