Have never been to a blander hot pot experience. The broth gave everything a gamey taste. Glasses had soap film. Staff lazy and inattentive. Also, the bathrooms were dirty and out of paper towels. Baltimore County Health Department, please investigate and close!

I always enjoy visiting this place. Their Thai Tea is not the best on town but their food and soup will always satisfy my cravings. I cannot say anything bad if I'll think about it. The menu is a little limited compare to other places but I dunno, I just really get extremely satisfied when visiting them. Will go back soon for sure. ❤️

Love this place!! I love hot pot and the individual pots are perfect for large parties! The conveyor seems more like a statement piece than a functioning option. But I'm very pleased with the experience!

The best all-you-can-eat hot pot place! Love that you can make your own sauces. Many great options, and the meats and veggies and noodles are all excellent! The conveyor belt is fun, but I usually just order from my server when they come by, and the staff is very friendly!
Staff called the police on me because they did not know how to work their own register.
I came to this establishment and the food was good but the problem came up when I went to pay. My bill was a little over $30 dollars and I wanted to pay in cash and put the rest on my card. My server charges my card and tells me that it is not showing up on their end but I proceed to show her that the charge had taken ALL of the money in my account. So at this point they have taken over the amount of my original bill. She starts saying that I couldn’t pay my bill and that she is calling the police. A police officer arrives and says if I can’t get another way to pay that due to my age I would have to have to come with him (I was 17 at the time). Someone kindly offered to pay my bill even though they TOOK ALL THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND STILL HAVE CASH THAT I GAVE THEM. But while the staff is preparing to change the payment method receipts start coming out the machine…. They didn’t press the button to finalize the charge for my account. And that’s why the police was called on me. Please don’t go to the restaurant but if you do I suggest to just bringing cash. LOL

I went here tonight for my daughter's birthday. Spend $310, online the price was $25.99 pp but on the menu in person, it was $35.99 pp, rushed and disregarded, no one liked their food but 2 people. The food had no flavor even with adding the ingredients from the bar. I let my waitress know and she was not helpful either. She rushed us to order and pay the receipt. You never know who you may be serving. I wasted so much food and money that could've been spent elsewhere.There is also a 18% gratuity for a party of 4 or more.This is our first and last time here.
