There is one memory about my wedding that seems to stick in my brain. What is so odd to me, is that it wasn't anything one would typically guess; it was the mundane act of biting into a small, perfectly round yellow-orange cherry tomato. The beautiful color. We were fortunate to attend an event cateredby this fine company. Everything was delicious! The presentation elegant and refined. I was amazed at the smoked salmon and was told they use a Norwegian technique. The bite sized spanikopika was the best I’ve ever tasted. Filet superb, delicate mini crab cakes (a requirement in Baltimore) butternut squash soup served with a cinammon flavored type cracker. The birthday cake was a french cake with true french buttercream.
