Panache did a fabulous job catering our private party for 60. Buddy was wonderful to work with in planning the menu. The meal was excellent, the service top notch, the price competitive and a great value for all we got. All details went perfectly on the night of the event so that we could enjoy the evening with our guests without worrying about anything. Highly recommend!

What is so odd to me, is that it wasn't anything one would typically guess; it was the mundane act of biting into a small, perfectly round yellow-orange cherry tomato. The beautiful color. It was the best wedding I've ever been to, and there were many that said the same that weren't my wife or I.Later, I would learn that tomato was hand picked from his mother's garden. This isn't wedding food. This isn't catering, as one would typically think of it. This is a 5 star chef with hand selected ingredients and team coming to serve a meal fit for a king and queen, and their esteemed guests. I've never had better catering at any event.They are of course, easy to work with as well. They only do one wedding at a time, so they are never spread to thin. Buddy is highly responsive, and was never unavailable when we called him. Everything went off without a hitch, and no detail was out of place. As a cog in a greater machine of our wedding, they never squeaked, never needed greasing, repair, or replacement.You're a fool if you choose any other caterer.

Buddy listened carefully to all of our input and then seamlessly wove in our vision to what he knew was in season and would work best for the venue and the event. We had an idea of what we wanted and Buddy and his entire team executed it beyond what we could have asked for ourselves. He also is full of wise advice from all of his years of catering about simple ways to ensure that all guests would be happy, regardless of food allergies--we didn't give guests options for their meal, so Buddy had a elegant and thoughtful plan for having alternatives on-hand and ready to go, should anyone prefer vegetarian, fish, etc. or be gluten-free. I couldn't recommend Panache highly enough, not only for the exceptional food but the level of service and the experience of being lucky enough to meet and get to know Buddy, who is a generous-hearted, kind, and extremely talented individual.

I was amazed at the smoked salmon and was told they use a Norwegian technique. The bite sized spanikopika was the best I’ve ever tasted. Filet superb, delicate mini crab cakes (a requirement in Baltimore) butternut squash soup served with a cinammon flavored type cracker. The birthday cake was a french cake with true french buttercream.

Buddy and his exceptional team catered our wedding in September and their incredible imprint on our special day is something that we are truly grateful for!! We paid a tribute to our home states; accolades to FL/MD were important to us! During the cocktail hour mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres were served. Enormous shrimp cocktail, conch fritters, smoked fish spread, and more! PFC made sure our guests were happy and saw to it that enjoying the food was easy - no cutlery needed during our cocktail hour -- happy hands, happy tummies, and happy guests! We wanted to serve a buffet dinner, but not lose the feeling of loveliness and charm. Salads were plated and served at the tables. Dinner offered flavorful beef tenderloin, amazing MD rockfish, delectable crab mac and cheese, and more! The food was fresh, fragrant, abundant, and hot. The wedding cake was a dream – gorgeous, three-tier, timeless. Berger cookies and key lime tarts were also served to nod to our theme. Panache provided all dessert items and created a show-stopping presentation!
