I ordered wok fire shrimp which is an extra fee, but I was given the honey walnut shrimp instead. Family member is allergic to walnuts and I can't go back tonight to get the order fixed...

Sunday 3-8-25 6:30 pm me and my family stopped by this location, there are 2 people on break 2 people rushing on the front line 2 people on the kitchen, more then 5 items missing on the service line, waiting for 20 minutes and they still saying items coming!!! Poor management skills I will said.. Dinner rush food have to be ready to serve..( never sent your workers to break for pick times..☹️

I made an order online for pick up. Got my order and see it's wrong . They gave me shrimp instead of beef and broccoli. I took it back in, and the man didn't remake it , he gives me this little container of beef and broccoli. Ridiculous.

The associate was very friendly and professional. But there was no orange chicken ready when I arrived (no biggie, it's a popular item) but after waiting I'm pretty sure I was given the spicy orange chicken instead of the original that I requested.

This time and the last time we came, the employees were not wearing gloves. The funny part is that this time, the people in the line were wearing gloves and the people in the grill and cooking were not. Absolutely disgusting! When we realized it was too late. We had already eaten our food.
