I’ve honestly only been to one bad Panda in the area; this is one of the better ones.
Mostly just wanted to write here and share how personable and welcoming Vin is. If I didn’t know any better, it’d feel like we were invited to his own kitchen to eat. Great customer service and a friendly demeanor goes a long way — especially today.

I ordered wok fire shrimp which is an extra fee, but I was given the honey walnut shrimp instead. Family member is allergic to walnuts and I can't go back tonight to get the order fixed...
Edit: Increasing overall review from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service went above and beyond. They were very quick and helpful in rectifying this!

Sunday 3-8-25 6:30 pm me and my family stopped by this location, there are 2 people on break 2 people rushing on the front line 2 people on the kitchen, more then 5 items missing on the service line, waiting for 20 minutes and they still saying items coming!!! Poor management skills I will said.. Dinner rush food have to be ready to serve..( never sent your workers to break for pick times..☹️

I made an order online for pick up. Got my order and see it's wrong . They gave me shrimp instead of beef and broccoli. I took it back in, and the man didn't remake it , he gives me this little container of beef and broccoli. Ridiculous.

Every time I go there, the portions are huge, but the food tastes stale.
Portions at this location are tiny. The food is never fresh. Always a wait. Will travel further to avoid this location
My favorite place. The one in towson college doesn't always make the honey walnut shrimp correctly so sometimes it taste like honey mustard
