They put pork on my guys bagel and charged an extra $1.50 for it. It took too many minutes for them to correct it & refund me. I think they just took the pork off instead of remaking the sandwich. My guy got very sick after eating there and through up for a while.They took the spinach artichoke souffle and croissants off their menu.

Are used to come here about four years ago when my son went to Calvert hall. I was shocked at how dirty it was. I had a fight I’m eating my food. See you in the dirt on the floor and everywhere. This is a place where people eat it should be clean extremely. Please, clean your place up.. The dirt is unacceptable.

On December 14th 2023, I came to this location and was served cold Mac and cheese. I had to Google does Panera bread serve Mac and cheese cold before I brought the complaint to the manager. Once I came to my senses I told the manager in a nice way that me and my girlfriend’s Mac and cheese was cold. She said “oh I’m sorry for that but there’s a microwave out there you can use to heat it up”. I said okay and walked away but when I thought longer about it I refused to accept that response and just politely asked for my money back. The manager didn’t show empathy at all, and it’s ironic how she got mad at me for getting mad about my cold food. Just horrible service all around smh. Customer Service was so bad that it just crossed my mind just now at 1:30am that I forgot to make this review and I got out of my slumber to do this. Manager is lucky I don’t remember her name.

Putty Hill has half the offerings of a regular Panera as well as half the level of service. There's a particular overweight woman there who takes orders and doesn't bother to make sure your order is right.

I ordered a meal from This restaurant and it was awful as soon as I got to my car I threw up and I don’t no where that’s coming from this happened like 2 min of me eating the food I have no club of it was the people making it or it was no cooked right but I don’t recommend if u have a prolly such as mines contact a lawyer as well leaving there and going to the hospital wasn’t in my line of business today
