I should have read the reviews about this place that PREPARES FOOD is beyond unsanitary. There is no way this place is inspected by the Baltimore City, County or ANY Health Dept. The manager greets us with a papa johns napkin stuffed up his nostrils, no sanitary mask, no sanitary gloves, no hair net because you wouldnt be able to adore his dreadlocks. Literally stopped making pizzas and came directly to the cash register now ask yourself how many times has he did that. Had to wait and wdyk no handwashing or at least sanitizer just right back to preparing the pizzas, you cant make this stuff up. Ive been preparing food for family and friends for decades, I wear my gloves and hat because the last thing I want is someone to get sick. But this store is only open because people didnt read the reviews, dont be like me and have to write one just avoid them at all cost!

Went to the location on Joppa Road, placed an order…came back in 20 minutes, per their instruction & they forgot to make the pizza!!!
The white lady has hair hanging in her face & the black man has a beard, & they’re both MAKING pizzas…YUCK!
I ordered from another spot & cancelled my order.
The lady taking orders was very pleasant.

I have ordered in person and delivery from this location for 3 years. Today will be my last time. I ordered delivery and it was taking a little longer than usual so I called the location. The person that answered the phone only said my order was on the way. They seemed overwhelmed and mind you it’s 6pm on a Wednesday. When the order finally states it’s delivered, I check my door for it and it’s not there. I call the store again and the man that answers tells me the driver called me. I go back and forth with him with this made up story the driver told him about speaking to me. Finally he comes up with another lie that I didn’t leave the door code which I’m literally looking at on my order. He says well I’ll just cancel it since you have such a huge issue. I said ok and hung up. The worst customer service award goes to this Papa John’s location and I I’ll never order from there again. Oh, my order was left outside this whole time.

I have been getting pizzas here for around 20 years. I have ordered less and less from them over the years, mostly because they are way overpriced. Tonight I got a Thin Crust Hawaiian Barbeque. It had just about zero flavor. You could hardly taste the BBQ sauce, and of the three slices that I ate, there were 2 small pieces of pineapple. A total rip-off. Never again. I would have only given 1 star, but the delivery driver was awesome. After looking at all of the reviews, it is obvious that the owner doesn't care.
Pizza was 76 dollars driver pocketed 50 said I gave him 26 watched on the ring papa John’s still refused and said I had to pay again will never eat from there again be careful they will rip you off

Avoid this Papa Johns at all costs. It seems like no matter what day or time of day, they're always swamped and backed up with orders. There is always at least two other customers who have been waiting for who knows how long before I even got there. Always two, max, employees doing everything. They completely ignore the customers and grumble under their breath and argue with each other. I can understand them being backed up and super busy on busy pizza days, like Halloween and Super Bowl Sunday for example, but this is just normal for them. Again, plenty of other Papa John's around the area. Find another one.

Ordered a pepperoni and sides for delivery. Original order came quick but unfortunately no pepperonis on the pizza. Manager took my call right away and sent a replacement pie straight to my door without any argument which also arrived quickly. Kudos
