Ordered online. When I got there I wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the workers there (like 5 of them were there). They made me wait about 5-10 mins for my food. Even though my food wasn’t “ready” and they made me wait, my food was cold.

Ordered one pizza, waited twice the amount of allotted time, got quite literally a completely different pizza. To their credit they quickly fixed the problem and sent another one over but by that time it was like 11 o clock pm. What the hell y'all lol

To whom it may concern, This is a 2nd order that was placed at these 2 locations for Pappa’s John! They take you money a your order with same voice, same girl she changing her name a she denies people service at Pappa John’s! She would not let us talk to the manager even after our she supposedly took our order in properly in which is obviously wasn’t done correctly! Thanks so much for your time an efforts for not delivering around order properly! Sincerely, Concerned CustomerDietary restrictions: We did not have any Dietary restrictions on this order ! 10 PM is the cut off time for the carry out. Walked into the store at 9:50 pm. They will not take my order for carryout. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this family run location.

I'd normally order from Harford Rd but since I had a big Mo's Seafood order to pick up I figured what the heck... Worst Papas I've been to thus far. Ordered the Shaq pizza and a Philly Steak Papadia and they both were terrible. Missing half my crust half looked like thin crust and the other half looked like original also the pizza was cold I got there within 15m of Ordered time and my papadia had very very little steak I also asked for no ranch sauce and of course it was on there??♂️I didnt check my food until i had made it home and i highly wouldnt recommend this location unless you just down care. If I could give them a 0 I would. Will never order from this location period

Called the restaurant after more than an hour passed and the tracking said the order had still not finished "preparing". Spent 5 min waiting for a human, explained I needed an order status, then he put me on hold for 10 more minutes then came back and said a pizza needed to be remade and would be there "soon". I asked for an actual time and he said "um probably like 30 minutes." I asked if we could get a partial refund for it being more than an hour late and he replied "it's being remade," then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back hoping to talk to the store manager and couldn't get a human on the phone at all for another 15 minutes. The food finally arrived about 2 hours after I ordered it, and was fulfilled by Doordash for some reason. Just atrocious customer service and pretty garbage food. Don't order from here.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I would give no stars. Bad experience from start to finish. Took 21 minutes for person to take order over phone. Was told 30 - 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, called and was told would be there in a few minutes. Order arrived 40 minutes later. Pizza was cold and hard. The Works pizza only had ham in the center, no other toppings but cheese. The ordered stuffed crust had no stuffing. The boneless wings were not as pictured, but chicken nuggets with a bit of bottled like sauce drizzled over them, and some were the size of a quarter. Looked uncooked and were rock hard. Called back to speak with manager, told he was out and would be back in about 3 minutes. When he did answer, didn’t give name, never apologized, and said he would resend the order right away. Reorder never came and recalls to shop were unanswered. A total waste of $58.00.

Don’t bother ordering from here. Doordashers will steal your food. Or when they actually do have a driver (which is rarely) the pizza is always cold. I tried to give them one more chance and my pizza was burnt so yeah they won’t be receiving my money anymore.
