I had high expectations for Perennial, but my experience fell far short. My family and I visited to celebrate my sister's birthday, but the service and food were disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes just to receive cold bread. The waitstaff seemed flustered and forgetful, which only added to the frustration. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after the bread, further delaying the experience.
When the food finally came, it was okay. Several dishes were sent back because they were burnt. The service was not what I would expect from an upscale establishment. This was meant to be a special evening, but unfortunately, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. We won’t be returning.

This place is so beautiful with an intimate ambiance. I had an educational meeting yesterday evening. The representatives booked their private room in the back. I loved everything about this place. From the esthetics to the service. I would love to eat in their terrace during the summertime. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff were attentive. There was a preset menu since everything was covered, but they still made sure I was okay with my shellfish allergy. The drinks were excellent as well. They also offer complimentary valet parking. The bathroom is polished and clean as well.

This was my birthday dinner with friends. We were seated in the “garden” area, heaters on and it was quiet. Perfect! Our servers were Macormick and Lindsay(?)…
The menu had changed to the Fall specials with some new additions. Started with the oysters and an Autumn salad. The salad was amazing! (Add a protein and call it dinner!) The oysters were okay, not great. They weren’t briny or salty.
Onto the main courses. While I love seafood especially something I don’t make at home, I actually chose the Duck!
My friends each had the crispy skin branzino. The Duck was outstanding! I tasted the branzino and it was cooked perfectly with well seasoned crispy skin.
Delicious main courses. We also decided to taste the Blue crab fried rice. It was really good!
The wine recommendation was excellent. I wished we had ordered earlier so it could have chilled more.
Dessert, butter and lemon cake very good. The gingerbread cake was served chilled; would have preferred room temperature or warmed.
Thank you to our servers as they were attentive but not hovering. Special thanks to Macormick for going above and beyond as we needed assistance to the elevator and he also had our car ready at valet for us. Staff is friendly but truly professional.
I had a great birthday!

Had brunch at Perennial on Sunday. The food was wonderful, the atrium area is stunning, and the service was attentive and friendly. The chef special was a delicious crab omlete with the chipotle drizzle and a side of hollandaise sauce and filled with crab, cheese and roasted tomatoes. So good! Enjoyed a side of fried homefries that were well seasoned and crispy but not greasy. Whole grain toast with a sweet butter rounded out the breakfast. The coffee was excellent and it was served hot and in a nice size coffee cup. The servers kept my cup full and hot which was welcomed on a chilly day. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food. Will definitely go back.

Was brought here for My bday on 11/6. I was pleased to say the least by everything. From the complimentary valet parking to the ambiance of the restaurant.
They even bought Me a cupcake with 3 spoons once they found out it was My bday.
We arrived at 5pm after moving our reservation up 2hrs over the phone because we had misplanned our day. They were more than happy to assist and take us (3) earlier. We had no wait for a table, we elected to sit outside due to nice weather. Eric our waiter was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. I know his trainee will go far if he works further with him, his service was awesome. The drinks were very refreshing and the water person kept us hydrated. All the presentation for the food dishes was top tier. Extremely pleasing to the eyes, almost like art and the taste matched!
Would definitely recommend to anyone even groups whom might not want to go overly costly for a wonderful dinner.

Pretty good food but seriously lacking in vegetarian options. No vegetarian mains. Why not have a pasta option or something? Liked the bolognese and good drinks.

Excellent! Came here for our anniversary dinner and everything was top notch. The Fried Lobster appetizer is really special; you have to try it. The Burrata, a personal favorite of mine, also divine. ✨ My filet, cooked perfectly. 🤌🏻 Plus, the place is beautiful. Very botanical. 10/10

Yesterday I booked a party of 12. 2 guest showed unaccounted for & we accommodated immediately with no problem. The service was great. Food cooked to perfection & everyone’s food came out in a timely manner. They even gave us dessert sample trays which were also delicious. Highly recommend! I will be returning.

We took my best friend here for her 60th birthday. The valet Henry was very friendly and patient.
The hostess was very accommodating due to my BFF being in a wheelchair. Our waitress Courtney was WONDERFUL! She treated us like she knew us her whole life, like family. The atmosphere was very nice.
The cocktails were very good. The music is what surprised me the most because they played a wide genre of music that was PERFECT, and they had a young lady perform in the bar area. She had the voice of an angel. And our food was delicious!!!

The waitress was very pleasant. Lobster tail small plate was good. But presentation was too busy. The crab fried rice was way over salted and some crab shells. The broccolini way over salted. The garganella pasta was also way over salted. These 4 items took way too long to arrive at the table; I don't think this was waitress' fault. We did not order steaks and chops as they were ridiculously over priced. Only one soup choice tomato basil, surely an oyster soup could have been offered - it's September in Baltimore. I am not sure that we would return. We didn't see quality in the dishes we tried that would justify price of other entrees.
Although it calls itself a "steakhouse" there is a reasonable amount of other selections. Based on a small sample (2) each was beautifully presented, well-mixed and with fine flavors. A single desert was quite a surprise and, although rather small, delicious.
