food is good but the customer service isn’t, my server Tamara looked like she was avoiding us. My friend and I had to stand up and pay since she didn’t see me signaling her that we were ready to pay. Even when we stood up and went to pay the server was confused since it’s custom that we pay at the table. I’d only order to go next time.

The pho was room temperature the brisket was soggy and fatty Staff was rude I asked for an additional side of Siracha and was told basically I have one included and that’s all I get. I wasn’t greeted it’s was dingy and damp inside I would not recommend nor will I be ordering there again

This was my second time coming here for Pho. Initially when I walked in I made eye contact a couple times with a waitress who didn’t acknowledge or welcome me to the point I asked if this was free seating. I picked a table and was immediately greeted by my waitress and i placed my order. I got the A2 and beef pho. The A2 app came out moderately burnt and the fish sauce was bland. The pho was EXTREMELY flavor lacking. I couldn’t remember if it was this bland the first time i came but i was so disappointed i ended up just taking it to go to give to my brother. I sat at my table, visibly done eating for roughly 15 mins and my waitress never came back to offer boxes so i had to go to the take out counter myself to ask for a togo container and my check. I will not be revisiting nor recommending this establishment. If you are looking for top notch pho, i highly recommend Pho Bac in Baltimore. Only reason why i came here is because pho bac was closed for New Year’s Day.

Do not come here for ACTUAL Vietnamese food!!! I love the atmosphere and the service, but the food is not worth the experience. I came here for the first time with a group of friends, ordered bun bo hue, and did not expect the broth to taste like pho. It lagged in spiciness, vegetables, and taste compared to ACTUAL authentic Vietnamese restaurants RAN by Vietnamese people. 😭😭
I tried one of my friend’s pho dac biet and the broth was BLAND. I had pho from Hanoi and somehow it’s the LEAST flavorful bowl of pho I EVER HAD! I’m surprise to see how highly rated this place is and should not deserve the praise for it.
Do not waste your money unless you want a water-downed experience.

Tried this place on a recommendation The prices were relatively lower than I thought yhey'd be. Had 2 large books of Pho, an appetizer and a Mai Tai formless than $50 The food, itself, It was bland. You definitely are going to have to doctor it up to your liking. I recommend a regular bowl unless you are a big eater. The Appetizer, spring rolls, water tiny and overcooked. It's a one and done foe me! The service wasn't that good. No instructions on how to order. They go by a Letter / number system. They don't know the items by name. He'll, my waiter had to l9ok at my menu when I told him I wanted Plank Steak Pho bowl🤣🤣🤣
Unbelievable. Went there to buy a gift card as a Christmas present. I've been a customer a number of times, and actually purchased a gift card last Christmas. However, I was not able to purchase a gift card this year because the staff is not provided a password in order to activate the gift card on the register. So I asked the server to please call the manager or the owner to get the password so that I could purchase the gift card. However the server said that the manager said on the phone that she does not trust her staff and therefore would not give her staff the password and I could not buy a gift card. I have never heard of a restaurant that refused to accept money. Or a business that distrusts their staff so much that they won't allow them to conduct business with customers. Again, unbelievable.

Small portion, very little meat in the noodles and fry rice. Sunday night ordered take out one hour before they closed. Nice servers and willing to help, prioritized our request when we stepped in the door and came back to pick up our food. Just that food portion is very unexpected to be small. Both bags are light. May return only because of the hours are late.

I am really dissatisfied with the service, we regularly come to the restaurant, we like the food even though now the taste has changed. When I wanted to pay someone came with a friendly smile to take my card, it had been a while I didn’t see her, I know she has worked there for a long time. We have a toddler and after eating we usually ask to help to reheat the milk for just a few seconds, but that lady immediately said NO and at the same time her face changed (not friendly). Even though usually other servers help us to warm it. At same moment there was another server who came to me and helped me, I appreciate the server who helped me but not the one who only took payments!
