Very good food very good service, good prices. Great big portion sizes. Does terrible things to my stomach though. Be weary of that.

The staff is friendly and polite, the atmosphere is quiet and serene. I was intrigued to try the food after seeing someone get the beef short rib with the bones coming out the bowl. The bowl didnāt disappoint was rich with flavors and you get a heaping handful of sprouts and greens to go with it. I will be returning thank you

Came in expecting a nice supper, but what we got was a nightmare. We were seated and given water on the table immediately; it was packed, but we didn't even get a chance to speak with anyone from the time we ordered till when we received our food. Not once did we get asked if we wanted more drinksānot even "hi" or "hello"ājust "what do you want?" Our dinner was undercooked and missing several of the items we ordered, and we waited for service a little less than an hour after placing our order while every table sat after had already received their food. Our food was also sat in front of us and the waiter quickly walked off, this have us no time to speak, we received no utensils and were treated rudely by the server when we asked for the missing food and utensils. We didn't receive any respect until we threatened to leave because we didn't want to eat. This eatery was really rude and ill-organized. We were met with looks and rude treatment from the moment we stepped in, not to mention that we were treated like second-class citizens compared to those that arrived after us and received service. We noticed that every table after us was receiving more attention and couldnāt help but notice a difference in appearance and after we walked out another couple of similar appearance to us also walked out. Isnāt that a coincidence?

I come to this place at least once a week and I order the same thing, C3. My experience today trumps all of the other times Iāve come. My waiter who is a short Asian man took care of me like he normally does but this time he got my order wrong. I politely told him that I didnāt order this soup and he argued with me telling me that I shouldnāt order something I donāt want and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Iām a bartender and have been in this industry for 10 years. I wasnāt going to give him a hard time nor was I going to tip him any less for a simple mistake but the way he spoke to me was way too disrespectful and I will never be coming back. This establishment needs to get his attitude in check because this is not the type of behavior Iād expect from this restaurant.
I ordered Pho from them on Uber eats and they sent me a bag of veggies. No broth, no meat. Never again

I ordered 2 orders of beef pho. I opend the bag and they didnt have any bowls to actually eat the soup. I explained to the people that I am taking food Togo to the hospital for my husband who had a heart attack. Could I get two more containers to make the soup with. They told me the 2 .5 containers were $3 apeice. Then I explained how I couldn't eat the soup with what they provided. They didn't care and she called the other man over to say that the containers were 1.50 apeice. They didn't even offer the lids with them. Go to the pho place in timonium pho tan my they have so much better service and they actually care about their customers. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Update. They could have provided 2 tall Togo containers but they are pretending they don't have those.
Also after driving home to get Tupperware to eat in at the hospital. We then tried to eat the food. The broth was terrible the meat provided was terrible quality. You only get like a tiny amount and the sauce for the rubbery summer rolls was disgusting.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Really the food is so low quality and when you pay 50 dollars for soup and 4 summer rolls it should be somewhat better. ??
