I visited this pho restaurant and had an experience that clearly showed racial bias in how customers are treated. I asked to sit near the window so I could do my homework and waited over ten minutes without anyone coming to offer water or take my order. Then, a white couple was seated directly next to me and almost immediately, a server came over to greet them, brought them water, and started taking their order. Only after that did he come to my table, and when I looked at him, he quickly said, “I’m not your server.” That moment said a lot. He only came over after noticing that I noticed how differently I was being treated. My actual server ended up being the same person who served the white couple next to me, which made the excuse even weaker. When I explained the situation to the manager, instead of taking accountability, he excused the behavior by saying the server “gets overwhelmed when it’s busy.” But that doesn’t explain why I sat ignored while others who looked different than me received immediate service. I left without ordering because I refuse to spend money in a place where a Black customer has to stare someone down just to be acknowledged. I will be reaching out to corporate because the manager excused discriminatory behavior instead of addressing it. Racism isn’t always loud sometimes it’s in who gets ignored, who gets served first, and whose comfort doesn’t seem to matter. That’s what happened here.

I was in the area and decide to stop in this restaurant. Let me preface by saying I eat Pho all around and love love love it. Have been eating it for over 15 years. I truly enjoy it.
I ordered the large Pho here and the portion size was that of a small. And the flavor was just ok. Not the flavorful pho I’m used to. I’d give the PHO a 2.5 on scale of 5. The spring roll was just ok as well.
The service was fast and the staff was prompt but I doubt I’ll visit again.

If you're Vietnamese and looking for authentic Pho, I would not recommend this restaurant. The price may seem affordable at first glance, but it’s really not worth it. I ordered a small bowl of Pho for $13.50, and what I received was mostly noodles with some kind of generic soup that clearly wasn’t beef broth. There were only a few thin slices of meat, and the overall flavor was very disappointing. Additionally, be careful when checking out. They automatically added a service charge (tip) to the bill without informing us. My mother paid without knowing, as the staff didn’t mention that a tip had already been included. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the female staff member who served us on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. She looked visibly annoyed and was far from welcoming or polite. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there. I saw many high ratings before coming here, but after this experience, it feels like those reviews may be more about marketing tactics than genuine customer feedback.

The staff is friendly and polite, the atmosphere is quiet and serene. I was intrigued to try the food after seeing someone get the beef short rib with the bones coming out the bowl. The bowl didn’t disappoint was rich with flavors and you get a heaping handful of sprouts and greens to go with it. I will be returning thank you

Came in expecting a nice supper, but what we got was a nightmare. We were seated and given water on the table immediately; it was packed, but we didn't even get a chance to speak with anyone from the time we ordered till when we received our food. Not once did we get asked if we wanted more drinks—not even "hi" or "hello"—just "what do you want?" Our dinner was undercooked and missing several of the items we ordered, and we waited for service a little less than an hour after placing our order while every table sat after had already received their food. Our food was also sat in front of us and the waiter quickly walked off, this have us no time to speak, we received no utensils and were treated rudely by the server when we asked for the missing food and utensils. We didn't receive any respect until we threatened to leave because we didn't want to eat. This eatery was really rude and ill-organized. We were met with looks and rude treatment from the moment we stepped in, not to mention that we were treated like second-class citizens compared to those that arrived after us and received service. We noticed that every table after us was receiving more attention and couldn’t help but notice a difference in appearance and after we walked out another couple of similar appearance to us also walked out. Isn’t that a coincidence?

I come to this place at least once a week and I order the same thing, C3. My experience today trumps all of the other times I’ve come. My waiter who is a short Asian man took care of me like he normally does but this time he got my order wrong. I politely told him that I didn’t order this soup and he argued with me telling me that I shouldn’t order something I don’t want and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m a bartender and have been in this industry for 10 years. I wasn’t going to give him a hard time nor was I going to tip him any less for a simple mistake but the way he spoke to me was way too disrespectful and I will never be coming back. This establishment needs to get his attitude in check because this is not the type of behavior I’d expect from this restaurant.
