Brunch burger choices of teriyaki and bleu cheese plus endless fries. Meat done to order, each sandwich had its own signature-fried crispy and fresh onions ceeated a delish background for the patty to shine. Steak fries fresh off the pan crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Service quick and table side app made paying painless.

Came to the restaurant to celebrate a family member birthday. We were sat right away, BUT not one server came to the table for 25 minutes. No drinks no appetizers, We decided to leave due after waiting. On our way out one of the employees who was sitting on the bench with his underwear hanging out jumped up like he was going to say something, but did NOT. The host (Ashely) felt the need to laugh. Shame these people don’t understand customers pay their pay check.

Don't order from here! They use 3rd party apps like everyone else, but they are completely useless when it comes to helping you remedy an issue they created. On 11/16, I ordered one meal for delivery. The dasher called me an hour later and said when he arrived at the restaurant, he was told by staff it was already picked up. When I called to get clarification about what happened and where my food was because nothing was delivered, Tyrone and the kitchen manager who is a woman were rude, slow, unsympathetic, and unhelpful. After their error of not ensuring the person who picked up the food was even a dasher they expected me to call Door Dash when I ordered directly from RR's site and resolve the situation with them. I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years but will never dine here again.

I stopped in to do homework at this location, while enjoying a meal. Today was good but not exceptional, my food wasn't as flavorful and neat as I had hoped. My burger was not prepared in the normal way I am used to it, it looked as if it was simply tossed on a plate and my toppings were not on it like usual it was on the side. It was okay but not nothing I want to get online and brag about. (Come to think of it I should have taken a picture but I didn't think of it.) The fries were the best part as usual, which is why they are featured in this post.

My server was great, she was a bit too attentive, but I would rather that as opposed to not attentive at all. It was a cool atmosphere and although I kind of felt rush it didn't affect my overall rating. I will be back and hope that I can give them 5 stars when I return.

GO. Get yourself a ridiculously yummy burger! I HAVE been to this Red Robin and it's worth a review. Just didn't go on the day Google thinks I did, unless I went in Red Robin's dumpster. (This trip was to the adjaceny Navy Federal "branch", which is ONLY a storefront with two ATMs in it! Grrrrr! FYI!) I love this Red Robin. I have not been there recently due to simply put: my diet. If I ate burgers as much as I love burgers, I'd be the size of a "tiny home"... a not very tiny one at that! But, this I can say for Red Robin: You'll have a rough time making burgers this good at home, and the only burgers that can compete I've had only at privately-owned restaurants. The other thing about Red Robin is the great beer selection and full bar. I've had fun bartenders with personality at this Red Robin and I don't think I ever sat at a table there. It's not "fast" fast-food, it's in the TGI Friday's category. I'd say if you're the Applebee's type, you'd be way better served by maybe going around the block to Red Robin. (I'm not sure if Red Robin has quite as many "deals" to incentivize you to eat there. Frankly, they probably don't need to lure folks.) I hope the management has stayed consistent, and since it's a corporate franchise, I gather it has, and the staff has remained at the same level of great service.

Couldn’t get the pasta and sauce, which made me mad I was able to get mac & cheese, french fries and a vanilla milkshake instead

We enjoyed this location. The service is awesome. The manager came to our table and made himself available for whatever we needed. Food was delicious as well as the Casamigos Margarita. Our server Xavier was very kind, professional and accurate.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads and vegan burgers with lettuce wraps.

My family and I came after the Ravens game and were #blessed to have Tia as our server. She was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond what we expected from a server at a restaurant. We spoke with both managers on duty and shared that they should meet with her after her shift and offer her a raise. It is well deserved and there is nothing more important for companies than to invest in the employees who are on the front lines and doing the hard work to keep everything running smoothly. If Red Robin CEO Gerard Hart can make over $8.5million a year, a great employee like Tia should be able to see a well-deserved increase in compensation.

PS - Khalil deserves a raise too!

Meh. I hadn't been to Red Robin for about 15 years. I remember it tasting better back then, and I remember better service. This place doesn't really deserve my 3 stars, but it's better than a 2, and I'm generally not a jerk for no reason.

I go to a different Red Robin in AACO and never have any issues. This Red Robin was different service was not great due yo waitress saying first thing, 'We close soon so you have 5 minutes to place your order!'. The teriyaki chicken sandwich looked like it was slapped together, pineapple was not grilled, and roll was completely soggy. Seeing the server after the food was delivered didn't happen. We had to find her to get the check. No drink refills until we got her for the check. It was close to closing, but we had a party of 16 coming from a football game across the street. I get closing on time as I own a business, but to make guest feel like they are an inconvenience, when money is going to be brought in, it is not a good practice. We were not the only guests in the building. There were several other tables of guests there.
