Food is food, but service has been ridiculously slow both times weve come. The “endless” options on the sides arent all that endless when it takes forever to get a refill on anything. 🙃

But, the food is good and cheap

Visited with my wife and daughter. Food was good, ordered the pretzel bites as sn appetizer and all three of us got burgers. The pretzels were hot, however the cheese had a skin on it that made the cheese look bad but once the skin was removed it tasted good. Burgers were great. Only other complaint was my wife asked for a refill on her soda and the server forgot it. But otherwise everything else was great. Will visit here again.

I came here for the first time in a while with the intention of using a birthday reward that I had. The reward was for a free milkshake with a $5 minimum purchase. I purchased a burger, fries, and soda then ordered a milkshake to go. They would not allow me to use my reward, saying I couldn’t use two deals at once. Apparently the burger, fries, and drink was a deal. It was very disappointing because that was my sole purpose for patronizing the restaurant today (12/27/25). Nowhere on the menu was there any mention of that. They only told me that when it was time to pay the check. I regrettably had to send the milkshake back because I was not willing to pay for something that was supposed to be free. It was also disappointing because I’m sure that had to throw the milkshake out. I will not be returning to this establishment.
