Ruby Thai kitchen has terrible food. Their service is poor. My order was incorrect and I received attitude when asking about it. The refrigerated drinks were warm and the green beans are considered an extra meat (even if you get it as a second side, which carries the price higher). I would advise to eat at any other restaurant in the food court. If I could give less than one star I would. Please don't eat there.

Completely deceitful!!! The guy who lures you in with the free piece of bourbon chicken and the bourbon chicken you get when you order, tastes totally different. The sauce on the sample chicken is far more flavorful; it's thicker too. The sauce on the chicken they serve is watery as hell!! STOP BEING CHEAP, AND STOP CHEATING PEOPLE!! It's bad for business and it makes you liars! I will NEVER spend my money there again.

The name of the restaurant is very deceiving. It should be called Ruby Chinese because the only thing on the menu that was Thai was the pad Thai noodles that I saw a sign for. Other than that, everything else was similar to a Chinese takeout spot. I was very disappointed but I ordered from here because I was hungry. I got the bang bang chicken with fried rice and mixed veggies. The fried rice and veggies were okay but the chicken wasn't what I was expecting. I won't waste my money here again.

I got the bourbon chicken which was ok, but a little too much sugar. If a drop of broth spill on your fingers, they instantly stick to the closest surface! The worst part is that you don’t don’t have any say on the cooked vegetables as side. I asked for a little bit of green beans on the side and they litterally said “no way”. The problem was also the staff couldn’t communicate even minimum required English! I travelled to Thailand in 2016, the street food vendors there communicate better! And when I was paying at the cashier, the guy started arguing with me over how green beans became expensive and I shouldn’t expect having them as a side even a little bit!

After walking through Towson Mall, I stopped at Ruby Thai restaurant in the Food Court and tried the 2 meats 2 sides platter for $11.99. I got the Thai Chicken, Bang Bang Chicken, Brown Rice and mixed vegetables. You can't beat the price! Next time I come to Towson, I will return here.

The lady was nice, gave me some samples to try their chicken. I chose 2 kinds of chicken, rice noodles and rice. Pepper chicken was good, rice noodles were okay. Rice wasn’t good - it was sour like it went bad or something. Bbq was good at first but later I couldn’t eat it. So, I like customer service, but I doubt some of their food. I ate less than a half of it.

I moved out of the area 2 years ago, and I still think about Ruby Thai. The portions are gargantuan and the food is excellent. Amazing prices for what you get. I miss you Ruby Thai, you were the love of my life.

LOLThe service is always pretty good, and my order is always right. If you have not tried them, what ae you waiting for?

Best food I’ve ever had. If I was put on death row and had my final meal, I would eat this place’s food. Most authentic Thai food I’ve ever seen, highly recommended.
