The ladies at the bakery were sooo nice and the lady who decorated our cakes is so talented and definitely brought my ideas to life! the cakes for my twins came out perfectly!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am very unhappy that the Towson and Parkville stores evening hours have been shortened and now close at 11:00 pm as opposed to midnight. Many folks work the evening shift and get off at 11:00 pm or have other obligations and can only get to the store after 11:00 pm. BTW,10 years ago, we had several grocery stores in the area open 24 hours. Although the prices here are higher than other chains in the Towson area, the later hours were a plus. Now there is no advantage to going to Safeway.

This store has been out of the generic brand of Distilled Water for WEEKS! How is this possible? It's water. It's not coming from China! Oh, but they always have plenty of the Deer Park Brand that is 60 cents more a gallon.

I wanted to take a second to speak about my experience with Christina in seafood today. When I stepped to the counter she was busy doing something but she called out a greeting so warmly and so friendly I thought she knew me! I don't purchase from this counter often so we never had any prior interaction. She was so friendly and helpful! In the middle of an ongoing pandemic she still exhibited excellent customer service.

Unsafe conditions during Covid-19. Multiple employees including the Manager are refusing to wear face covering properly, or even at all (employee was stocking shelves without any type of face covering/mask). Definitely do not buy from the bakery department, the lady had her mask hanging off her face while she’s wrapping up fresh baked bread.

I will never order from safeway again. I didn't get my complete order, I rec'd what I didn't order and your delivery person was belligerent.

CURRENT PROBLEM WITH MICE!!! Everything about this store is great - except for the rodents! New issue per recent reorganization of store. Watch out for bakery and deli in particular.
