The staff here is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and downright unsanitary. I personally witnessed them digging in their noses and handling items without wearing gloves, which is absolutely disgusting. When I politely brought this to their attention, instead of correcting their behavior, they became visibly annoyed, ignored me, and carried on as if I hadn’t said a word. Their complete lack of hygiene, respect, and accountability is unacceptable and makes the entire place feel unsafe and unsanitary.

Oswaldo at the checkout is a bad face for this place. Don't lie and push people to the side telling me 2 minutes when my food was already ready and have me sitting here for 30 minutes patiently waiting . Then show a crap dismissive attitude. You need to find somewhere else to work. Maybe in some ditch away from people.

And my order was wrong once I got home. Dude needs to be let go. Everyone else is fine.

SMH. Real Bad time in the Economy to create an initial Atmosphere which is so Unecessarily Negative & Toxic that it disparages Multiple Paying Customers from Spending Their Hard-Earned $ on YOUR Product.

Politely & Respectfully asked a very simple? and was met with uncalled for Rude Looks & Nastiness. Went elsewhere. What a shame when Customers are being Turned Off before they can even try the food. The Staff acts like Mean Boys & Girls in Elem, Middle, or High School. 1 of these Days They gon Mess With The Wrong One. You Can't Be Disrespectful, Nasty, and Play With Everybody.

Like many other Reviews have mentioned: Not Nice, Poor Customer Service; Extremely Ignorant & Immature Acting actually Laughing @ ppl walking around; Unprofessional, perhaps Racist although staff are ppl OF COLOR and not Caucasion so very Sad, and food I saw sitting there Did Not look the Best @ All. Eggrolls looked Dry Reheated from Frozen. Entrees appeared to have little meat and did not look Fresh, Moist, or Appealing.

Don't think they Care about Doing Better. Look @ all the Bad Reviews and Nothing's Changed. You just get the SAME Generic reply saying the Same Thing asking us to reach out to their Customer Serv # or Website; which, WHY??? when we've written our Reviews and How It IS here already. I would NOT Patronize THIS Particular Ersatz Chinese/Asian Fast Food Facade were it the last Asian Food spot on Earth. Try IT @ Your Own Risk.🤗😃👌✌️👍💩

Not likely to visit this restaurant if Apple Computer is nearby. (Criteria of design; Apple is to be faulted for re-opening downstairs after an earlier visit.)

Something quick if you’re hungry and in a hurry. Personally, it’s not a go to.

Went there for the first time in a while. As im watching them stack the orders next to each other everyone is grabbing the food they think is theirs, they aren’t calling out any numbers or anything, so everyone is touching my food, then I’m fairly sure someone took my order and walked off with it, i then had to wait even longer for my food to get remade. Also for 10ish dollars id think id get more food then i did. They game me like 5 shrimp. (Looking at the persons order in front of me apparently if you pay extra they give you a buckets worth.) very disorganized. Probably wont be back.

I have been eating at that place for years and it had been nice until about two weeks ago when I went. The man who was serving was very rude when answering and he gave you what you didn't ask for and he charged more. I really had that bad experience. They should put in more humble and empathetic people and not pedants who think they are better than the owners of the mall.

They coated my sushi in sauce and covered it completely so that I could not tell one peice from another. This was strange as the picture on the menu showed no sauce at all. Some of the rice was very warm?

So, every other Sakura we’ve eaten at, our meal comes with Yum Yum sauce. This place wants to charge extra for it. We were also concerned that we saw them pull shrimp for someone’s meal from the area of the grill where you scrape the grill residue and waste and put it back in the grill to heat it up and then put it on the plate.
