I want to address an uncomfortable experience I had with a delivery order from Seasons Pizza. After my order was delivered, the delivery driver contacted my personal phone number to question why I did not leave a tip. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
Tipping is optional, not required, and customers should never be confronted or contacted personally about their choice. In my case, the food was actually a gift from my mother during a difficult time and the amount covered only the meal itself. Being contacted afterward about a tip made an already stressful moment feel even worse.
I understand that tips are important to delivery drivers, but reaching out to a customer’s personal number crosses a boundary. Please remind your service providers that customer contact information should only be used for delivery-related communication, not to confront customers after the fact.
I hope management addresses this so no other customers are put in an uncomfortable position.

Seasons Pizza is one of my favorite places to go around the Towson area, but it really bums me out to hear that the 6.99 mix and match deal is going away. That was one of my main reasons for going to the Restaurant so often because it was such a great deal, and me and all my friends could split food easily.

Great food, friendly staff, excellent service and my favorite aspect are the amazing deals! Only complaint is that they are doing away with my favorite deal the $6.99 mix and match deal. It was great going from Towson University campus over to seasons for lunch, I guess I'll have to eat on campus more.

Absolutely great service and atmosphere, the only bad thing I have to say is that they are getting rid of the 6.99 Mix and Match, as a college student this deal was really helpful for me to get out and have a good meal without breaking the bank. Hopefully they bring it back, but overall Seasons is great besides this.

One of my favorite things about Seasons was their 6.99 mix and match menu and I am bummed to hear that it is getting replaced. As a college student, that was the perfect deal for me. Now instead of getting 2 items, I’m forced to get a 3rd item and it’s still a higher price than before. I’d rather you raise the 6.99 mix and match to 8.99 and leave it than replace the whole deal
Problem with delivery order going to wrong store. The manager offered a couple solutions. Ended up sending the food to get it to us still warm. Appreciate his thoughtfulness

I’ve been ordering pizza from here for years now and they are consistently delicious. They always have great deals, friendly service, and if you stay at the bar, you’re bound to have good conversation with real folks. Tonight, for the first time ever, my takeout pizza was the wrong order and I mistakenly received a very well done pizza that the kids didn’t like. I called and the manager was extremely understanding and helpful. They delivered a fresh new pizza, on the house, and it came faster than I could’ve expected. Just another reason to keep going back. If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should.

Stopped by Seasons Pizza in Towson and had a pleasant experience overall. The space is clean, comfortable, and great for a casual meal. Prices are reasonable, which is always appreciated.
The food itself was average — nothing bad, just your standard pizza-and-grill fare. The highlight was the service at the bar. Kate was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming.
Good spot for a relaxed bite, watching a game and solid service. Would come back when looking for something simple and easy.
