I placed a mobile order which was friendly from the website. I had to park in a garage to pick up my order. As it is in central Towson. However, the staff is friendly and the coffee milkshake was worth it.

Ordered chicken bites and fries. The chicken was over battered and burnt to hell and the fries were stale. I came in late so maybe it is better during the day but for the money this was terrible. Someone knew they burned the food and still served it up. No quality control and the worst fast casual food in the city.

The food was for was for my grandkids and everything was Spicy fries and chicken nuggets, I even ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and they were spicy, Manager was very rude and disrespectful! I’m very disappointed with this food order, he only replaced 1 burger, 1 chicken nugget, and 1 fries!!!!! Cost me almost $100 dollars,

Shake Shack has great food but they’ve gotten our orders wrong twice now (we do delivery). Highly disappointed. Don’t know how you forget to put cheese on fries or a whole chocolate shake… They stated they would issue a refund. We’ll see.
