I think they have the best burger out there at least that I tried and fries actually have flavor unlike other places the only thing I can criticize which isn't even a bad thing really is that the milkshake had a whole lotta cookie in it but I finished it anyways

Three girls working tonight are the most stuck up, ugly personality I’ve ever come across in the greater Baltimore area. Unprofessional and just nasty girls who have a chip on their shoulder working at shake shack. They had the place running like a zoo, trash/food on the floor in the kitchen like people waiting in line can’t see it. Their hair not put up it’s just straight trash. Completely disgusting kitchen. Wish I had taken a photo of how it looked for corporate, it’s a horrible representation of Shake Shack the brand, and just bad ethics of service all around.Support the Five Guys on York in Towson up the road from here. Way better service it’s hilarious, it’s more expensive but worth it every time. You get what you pay for I guess…

I was craving a burger so I stopped by Shake Shack. When you walk in there are kiosks for you to place your order. Then they have you take a number and enter it with your order so your food can be delivered to your table. There is adequate seating and lighting in the dining room. They have gender neutral bathrooms, hand sanitizer stations and old bay in addition to traditional condiments for fries. My food was delivered to my table hot off the press. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, cheese fries and sunset lemonade. The burger and fries were on point but I didn't like the lemonade. I said something to the cashier and she brought over the other flavors for me to try. I didn't like those either and asked for a regular lemonade and she brought it over. I appreciated the accommodating customer service. The restaurant is clean, food is fresh and the customer service is on point.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to retrain their entire staff including their manager- the rudest, most unhelpful and disengaged employees I have ever seen. Sloppy, in your face rude, manager ignoring customers and an entire pickup line to text (BOH had to tell her to turn around). They pile bread infront of the Togo window so they don’t have to walk to the pickup window. They don’t put mobile orders on the mobile order racks, instead they keep them behind the counter because again- they’re too lazy to walk from behind the counter to the station. This makes picking up a mobile order x10 longer- as there is a line and inattentive employees. They also love to lock and close 10-15 minutes before closing. Also the vulgar music and staff screaming while blasting it with kids inside is a nice touch

This is my first time coming to Shake Shack. The vegetarian options are fantastic and the food and staff are amazing! Everything was made exactly as ordered. I personally have many food allergies and the app's description of allergens was PERFECT! My family and I will certainly come back again, especially because of the kind staff.Vegetarian options: There are more vegetarian options than most places and they're all delicious ?Dietary restrictions: The app and kiosk have more allergen information that most places. This is very important.

We gave it a second try and were very disappointed. While I don't mind waiting (which was 10-15 minutes), the fries were cold and dry, they forgot the side of sauce and the few condiments they had on a counter were minimal if that. Just a handful of ketchup packets and salt, pepper and sweetners. The burger was alrighht. It was hot at least. The shack sauce was pretty bland. What is it??? On the upside, the music was alright, it was clean and staff are friendly. But next time, it's Burger Bros. for us!

The people that worked tonight until 9pm need to get fired. Every single person who worked tonight was very rude and nasty towards me. The big old lady even got in my face and told me to get out because they close at 9 when I came in at 8:50 and nobody told me nothing. Y’all don’t need to work at shake shack where you have to handle food if you’re gonna have an attitude. If you close at 9 you close at 9 simple, not 10 minutes before and then have the door still unlocked like that’s ridiculous. Also the cooks are rude as well one of them told the others to turn the grill off then smiled in my face saying “check google next time we close at 9”. You shouldn’t hire people at a place dealing with customers if you have an nasty attitude and can’t deal with simply telling someone you’re closer even though you weren’t. There was actually a whole bunch of other people sitting and eating and one even was receiving a order they did online. Im a nice person so I was respectful but they don’t deserve to have a job either of those employees working tonight.
