I Love this Smoothie King location. The new owner has really turned this store around. The customer service and quality of their smoothies is much better under Amir’s leadership. You are greeted and served with a smile and that makes a huge difference!

They must have mixed up my smoothie bowl order with one with no granola, bannanas, or strawberries, cause the one i got was missing half of its ingredients

Smoothie was good but the employee was unnecessarily rude. When I arrived I politely gave my name and inquired about my order if the one he was concluding was mine and no one else was in the store and his response with a rude tone was “When’s your pick up time?!?!” And I showed my app where it doesn’t show an exact time just an estimate which was why I inquired. He could have just said yes or no. Skip the attitude and be proud of yourself for being on time or early. I won’t tip ahead of time at this location again.

It’s been a few years since I last visited this location (Towson). Excellent job with the remodeling. Clean atmosphere, 4 for service because staff didn’t appear to be friendly but fulfilled orders quick. I ordered the Hulk.
