excellent customer service and the smoothie was perfect. I ordered a bowl as well and it was a great meal in itself. found out that the owners and management has changed and the new management is taking cleanliness and service very seriously. loved the display for some ready to eat things, ended up buying the chocolate coated almonds and loved them. A must try location for smoothies.

New owners are wonderful! Don't worry about the past negative reviews. New ownership seems to fox all previous issues! Also great retail space accommodates lots of work out and recovery goodies!

!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! very disgusting. as well as they do not treat their employees how they should be treated. we work long shifts with NO breaks. i would NOT recommend working here OR drinking here. highly unsanitary. mouse droppings ESPECIALLY near the fruits used to make drinks.

If there was a tropical smoothie place near by, I'd would go there instead. This location is terrible. You have college kids working there who do not know what they are doing. They are either goofing off or not paying attention to anything that is being said to them. If there is a promotion or a sale, they are standing there looking at you like you have 3 heads. I will not be coming to this location moving forward. I have no issues when I go to Tropical smoothie and place my orders. Cannot run a business with college kids not paying attention to orders or their customers questions and inquiries

I have tried smoothies from EVERYWHERE, including Tropical and Jamba. There is no comparison - Smoothie King tastes best, and is without question the healthiest. Tropical is full of sugar and Jamba just doesn't taste good. I've also been to several SKs in the area. The one north on York Rd just isn't on this level for consistency and service. I have a few favorite smoothies. I order Vegan Mango Kale when I want a veggie smoothie, Peanut Power Chocolate when I want a healthy Reese's Cup, and Pineapple Surf, when I want something refreshing. This location is fast, friendly, and I like I can order on the app, run in and it's ready earlier than promised. No line! Great job!

Decided to give this place a try I usually go to tropical smoothie and I wish I went there. Upon arriving the associates were really nice and attentive, she helped me decide what I wanted. But when I got my drink I was greatly disappointed for a $7 drink. There were huge ice chunks that made it hard to drink. Just juice and ice.

Ordered with no ice,they said it can't fill the cup with no ice I asked them to put in a little cup they charged me price of the biggest cup.not nice.the smoothie has alot of sugar if you order in a week you'll end up in emergency. But they are very respectful.
