Smooth service and no wait ever!!
Really horrible customer service, I don’t eat whipped cream and I forgot to tell them that when I ordered, tried to tell them at the pay window before they even collected my payment, I pulled up to the window and kept trying to get their attention but they ignored me even though they heard me. They finally decided they wanted to acknowledge me and I said no whipped cream please. The girl making the drink literally put the whipped cream as I said it then proceeded to get annoyed. I just took the drink with the whipped cream bc she was about to crash out smh
A pretty normal Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, this will do!
Verona is my favorite coffee to buy there. Highly recommend.
Great friendly staff. I simply hate the Starbucks approach to in-my-face ask for a tip before any service is even provided. Horrible business practice.
Worst service. You can be standing at the register for over 3 minutes before someone acknowledges you. Even though there are 5 baristas behind the counter (one looking at their phone).
On multiple occasions I have visited this location and encountered a male constantly changing his voice while ordering and heard laughing while taking my order. Tonight a female did the same thing. Over exaggerating what I was saying and then laughing with coworkers. Management needs to speak with the staff about professional behavior.
If you just want to order and leave I recommend this place. If you want to get any work done—forget it. They blast music, and not only that, they play other music from behind the counter too. Impossible to focus.
Today, as a very nauseous pregnant woman at 7:00 am, I asked if there were any mints or gum available in the drive-thru. The barista laughed and responded with a quick, 'Uh, no.' It wasn’t a huge deal, but I just wanted to share that it didn’t feel great in the moment. I know it was an odd request for such an early hour, and I could have gone inside. Normally, I love the customer service here – they’re great! Just wanted to share for any other pregnant people who might be going through similar mornings. It’s totally fine to be surprised or laugh, but maybe a little more kindness through the speaker could go a long way for those of us feeling hormonal, nauseous, and exhausted.

This is a convenient Starbucks location on my morning commute to work. I love their Chai Tea, hot or frozen, and their scones. The seating areas and bathrooms are mostly clean, and I appreciate the gender neutral bathrooms. Another garbage can is needed near the front entrance. The staff is mainly friendly, and there is a sign posted in the window about inclusiveness. However, as a late-middle-aged person, I will say that I am not always treated well there. Granted, this location is close to Towson University (my alma mater), and usually full of students. However, a few of the teenaged/early-20s young ladies employed there can be less than patient, less than friendly, and I have even been the recipient of eye-rolling twice. Does inclusiveness not also pertain to people of my generation? Or is ageism acceptable at Starbucks? Well, my lack of tipping on those occasions was also a statement about the poor service I received on those visits.
Update from 12-16-24: The young man who took my order was both professional and polite. However, I emphasized "no whipped cream" on my drink... and there was whipped cream added. This is a health concern for me, as I am very limited in both how much sugar, and how much dairy, I can have daily (for separate health issues). I'd appreciate it if staff members could be more careful about order details... it's not always a picky-customer issue; it can be a health issue.

This Starbucks has horrible customer service. They have gotten my order wrong several times. I always get the same order caramel macchiato with oatmilk no foam and only 1 pump of vanilla. I usually just trust that I was given the right order but unfortunately today I was given the completely wrong drink. And when I went inside to get my order done correctly I was still not given the right order. I usually enjoy Starbucks but they have completely ruined the experience and the workers are a poor representation of this business.
Placed a mobile order. When I arrived I was promptly greeted. Then nothing else. No one asked my name. People came in after me. We're asked their names. Eventually once everyone else was gone, and me looking pissed. I was asked my name. They had never started my drink order. I feel like the drive thru is the priority here. I don't understand the point of the order ahead mobile order if you are not gonna make it until after I get there, after waiting 10 mins once I arrived. Almost 20 minutes to make an ice coffee and heat up a Danish? This made me late for work. I could've saved my time and just waited to order when I arrived. It probably would've been quicker.

As I got to the end of my drink, I tasted this piece of plastic with unknown visible particles on it. I’m not too keen on finding stuff in my drink. So yeah.
