I’ve noticed a big difference in staff since I came back this semester. There’s one girl from the old staff whose attitude I still don’t care for, but I really miss the girl with the pink hair — she always made my drinks perfectly and remembered my name, which was such a nice touch! The new morning team is great though. The barista with honey-blonde twists or locs is my absolute favorite she’s amazing every time. The two girls with braids (can’t remember the colors) also do a great job( they worked with the lady with locs/twist), and the guy with the high-top fade makes my drinks just right. Overall, I really appreciate the new team’s energy and consistency.

This location absolutely needs new management. The manager at this location only seems interested in helping the store earn money. There is no effort on the part of management to actually make sure customers feel welcome, and there are very deliberate attempts at least 3 days a week to make sure customers are not able to actually sit down and enjoy their order after purchasing it. This has been going on for about a year.

Whoever worked there today does not know how to prepare oatmeal? I ordered oatmeal and got less than half of the container of oatmeal and it was extremely dry and tasted questionable. Do better, thank you.

There is absolutely zero customer service at this location. Don’t bother to ask anyone, anything. They will simply ignore you. The best thing you can do, is go to another location down the road.

The moment I walked through the door, I was hit with this incredible aroma, the smell of fresh coffee mixed with all these amazing spices just filled the air. It honestly smelled so good that it made deciding what to order way harder because everything on the menu sounded absolutely amazing I ended up going with one of their Americanos
Really horrible customer service, I don’t eat whipped cream and I forgot to tell them that when I ordered, tried to tell them at the pay window before they even collected my payment, I pulled up to the window and kept trying to get their attention but they ignored me even though they heard me. They finally decided they wanted to acknowledge me and I said no whipped cream please. The girl making the drink literally put the whipped cream as I said it then proceeded to get annoyed. I just took the drink with the whipped cream bc she was about to crash out smh
