This is a convenient Starbucks location on my morning commute to work. I love their Chai Tea, hot or frozen, and their scones. The seating areas and bathrooms are mostly clean, and I appreciate the gender neutral bathrooms. Another garbage can is needed near the front entrance. The staff is mainly friendly, and there is a sign posted in the window about inclusiveness. However, as a late-middle-aged person, I will say that I am not always treated well there. Placed a mobile order. When I arrived I was promptly greeted. Then nothing else. No one asked my name. People came in after me. We're asked their names. Eventually once everyone else was gone, and me looking pissed. I was asked my name. They had never started my drink order. I feel like the drive thru is the priority here. I don't understand the point of the order ahead mobile order if you are not gonna make it until after I get there, after waiting 10 mins once...
I am always nervous to visit any Starbucks thar isn't my own, because I always have issues with my drink being made wrong, but this Starbucks got it right every single time (5 days, probably about 7 times)! It was absolutely perfect! It really helped a trip, where everything seemed to be going wrong, a little better! It did cost a little more than my drink down in Florida, but that is OK, it was well worth it!
