On multiple occasions I have visited this location and encountered a male constantly changing his voice while ordering and heard laughing while taking my order. Tonight a female did the same thing. Over exaggerating what I was saying and then laughing with coworkers. Management needs to speak with the staff about professional behavior.
If you just want to order and leave I recommend this place. If you want to get any work done—forget it. They blast music, and not only that, they play other music from behind the counter too. Impossible to focus.
This is a convenient Starbucks location on my morning commute to work. I love their Chai Tea, hot or frozen, and their scones. The seating areas and bathrooms are mostly clean, and I appreciate the gender neutral bathrooms. Another garbage can is needed near the front entrance. The staff is mainly friendly, and there is a sign posted in the window about inclusiveness. However, as a late-middle-aged person, I will say that I am not always treated well there.
