POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I mobile ordered two grilled cheese and I watched as the blonde girl made two and proceeded to tell the smaller girl with locs to tell me that I could only receive one and a refund for the other rudely. They lied to me and said they ran out but they proceeded to give the other grilled cheese they made to someone in drive thru after I had already waited 30 minutes for my mobile order and was there before the person in drive thru. I waited a long time and spent a lot of money on these grilled cheeses at least $14 for both. The least she could have done was compensate me and apologize. Poor service would not recommend coming here.

now as a Starbucks barista, I completely understand how overwhelming it can be to get out orders as fast as you can, but the TU Starbucks is HORRIBLE. first they don’t take points, then they made poured chai and coffee in my drink after literally ordering a CHAI LATTE?? then after trying to correct them I can though i hate doing that because it can annoying at times they were trying to fight with me by saying it was chai. again, i work at a Starbucks so i know what im tasting. then they remade my drink only for them to completely mess it up AGAIN by watering it down and adding a whole different milk instead of oat milk. if you hate your job then quit honestly because you’re ruining the experience for everybody who just wants a hot or cold drink before studying.

I requested for them to remove cheese off my sandwich and they said they couldn’t do so. mind you the sandwich is frozen, so its easy to remove the cheese before putting it in the oven. I believe they were being lazy.

Always out of the popular drinks and food. They also don't update the menu of what they are out of, so you waste 20 mins in the line. Closes randomly during the day. Employees are rude. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays which is inconvenient. Doesn't accept apple pay, Starbucks gift cards, or rewards. This place totally sucks.

I asked the young lady do I order here and she understood me I said it very politely. She didn’t ask my name and made me repeat myself over 3 times while she laughed at me. They made me wait on purpose before they took my order 10 min and when she came over I’m front of the line 2 more guests behind me and says smiling did you still need something I just told her my order they put my iced coffee didn’t even tell me it’s there walking around whispering to each other made me feel very low

It can get pretty busy because so many lazy people use the drive through, but the workers do very well handling the high speed work. They never get my order wrong and I get my order asap.

This is a fairly happening Starbucks, as most of the Towson University students can be seen hanging around all the time. Standard Starbucks menu and service is friendly.

This Starbucks inside of Cook Library on the TU campus recently underwent an upgrade. The new space is very nice and the staff are friendly. It is run by Towson University though, so the payment system is different than typical Starbucks.

Starbucks has usually a standard for quality but the user experience in this one was not at all up to the standards that I have witnessed in many other Starbucks. The service was slow and while I ordered a vanilla latte I got something else. The pastry was not good at all too. That is not okay for such a great standard you hold.
