bro i went today to get some starbucks and the frappe wasn’t even good. i got a caramel frappe and there was no whipped cream, as always. it ran out of flavor fast and they gave me no straw + they gave me a coffee lid like how am i supposed to drink it like that- it’s literally a frozen drink. the panera right next to this target sells better frappes. don’t get anything from starbucks here, don’t waste ur money. six dollars and ten cents down the drain. the employees seemed careless tbh, and this is unacceptable for a starbucks. at this point just close the starbucks down and open up something else. the reviews aren’t great and the reputation isn’t great either, i haven’t heard one good thing from this starbucks and if it was it’d be like 5 years ago.

The employees are undertrained and overworked or they just don’t care. They gave me caffeine and cow milk when I ordered decaf and oat milk. I was on the toilet all night after ordering

Every time I got to this Starbucks, they never have anything. All they have are Espresso drinks! If you want a refresher Or frappe too bad because they won’t ever have them. This is about the third time I’ve been told they don’t have any drinks other than espresso drinks. It’s super annoying. And the service isn’t all that

I’ve never seen more than one person working here at a time even when the line is almost out the main entrance to the store. Please consider paying people enough so that they show up for work.

Horrible employees. First of all, super rude. They say they’re out of almost everything but I just think they are too lazy to make anything. I wanted to order a frappe and the girl says “we aren’t making those today.” Then my boyfriend asks for a cold brew and she says that they are out so he asked for just and iced coffee and she literally says we are out. I stated “you guys are out of coffee???” Then she says no. Super weird. Then I settled with a grande pink drink and she makes me a tall. My boyfriend also heard the two girls talking to each other and overheard one say “I’m quitting today. Too many people in line.” Literally no one in line. People know a days mannnnnnn.

2nd time now that they "had to" close an hour early. The one time I did get a coffee there the barista didn't measure the one thing I wanted in my coffee (even though they have to enter the measurement into the order). Side note: Things like this seem more common amongst many franchise owned stores today. I personally believe this is a byproduct of these stores being too short staffed and too corporate heavy. They are ultimately responsible, not the actual workers.

I usually have a nice experience at this Starbucks, but when I got to my car I noticed that they did not fill my grande cup all the way. I got a grande hot drink and the drink was only filled like 2/3rds of the way.
