Great coffee .
This criticism is of Starbucks in general, not just this location : Horrible music and way too loud. What are you thinking ? Look at your customers, ...people are trying to have conversations , to read or study. Stop the noise pollution .

This store is for mobile pick-up orders only, but there is nothing indicating that from the outside of the store. They will not accept orders if you walk in.
Worse experience ever ! Went in this morning to grab a “seasonal treat” & I waited over 15 min before receiving my drink. As I stood in front of the register waiting for someone to take my order, over 6 employees stood in the back talking/laughing avoiding to assist me. 3 other woman walked around me and were able to get assisted and place an order just fine without an issue but when I raised my voice it became an issue. The girl who was packing the orders ‘to-go’ said “this is a to go Starbucks we don’t generally take orders here” but they have a register at this establishment. Any other time I’ve gone to this Starbucks I’ve been able to walk in and place an order but today these new employees wanted to ignore me and treat me like i wasn’t worth being acknowledged as a paying customer. I was forced to place an order through the app and receive a cold Caramel Brûlée Latte when I requested a HOT latte 😡😡😡 $7 down the drain!!! If I can give this place and its employees a zero stars I would. So disgusted with the service and overall treatment.

I wanted to share this even though I didn’t buy a thing. Today was red cup day and I have a friend who collects these, but is unable to get out to pick one up because of her work situation. I had forgotten to pick one up this morning, so even though I knew better ,I thought I’d take a chance on somebody still having some. I stopped in at this location and a very personable young man apologetically told me that they didn’t have any left. I wasn’t surprised, but left disappointed in myself that I had forgotten my friend. As I was getting back into my car, the same young man and a young lady had chased me down ,and brought me out a red cup. I’m thinking one of them had probably set it aside for themselves or maybe a friend. Plain and simple, this was an act of kindness that I will not forget. As they walked away, and I thanked them, one of them said “God bless you.” I said the same back to them. Perhaps a better response would have been “He just did”. Rest assured, I will return to this location 🙏🏻❤️

Ive never had a bad experience in this location no matter who was working , But I had to do a review for Willie. Idk if he's the manager or not (had some forearm tattoos and a black or off black wedding ring on his left hand) . Willie has got to be thee most pleasant person I've ever met in a coffee shop and he was more than willing to accommodate a location mistake i made in the app. Annnnd his espresso con pana was amazing.

Mobile ordering in this location only. There are no tables to sit and enjoy your beverage. But service was very quick and my drink was delicious.
Excellent customer service, nonsense they have no public restroom, took a while to make my drink with very few mobile orders getting prepped - but did look like less ppl working than at most other locations. Told the person behind me their mobile order only (just for today - but saw that in other reviews).

Upon walking in Netta greeted very welcoming and inviting. She was patient, kind and kept a smile the whole time. This was my first 5 star experience at a Starbucks

I don't recommend this starbucks the white guy named Willie or Willis is not friendly at all. He messed up my drink. I ordered a Frozen drink when I picked it up it was very water and the lid wasn't closed properly.

This location is now a pick up only location; just something to be aware of rather than your typical come in and grab a table starbucks. However, the staff was friendly and each time we've ordered from here the drinks are made well and timely.

Boy with the glasses and short dreads just rude and nasty. The manager didn’t seem to care. He was snarky about my drink
And then when I told the girl my sandwich was cold he said it’s because it was sitting there in the snarky tone again. I opened it to have the girl touch so that she can see that it was cold like ice and not “sitting there” type of cold. Very rude and petty.

I didn’t like the customer service. The drink wasn’t good and made wrong. The “manager” wasn’t listening and it seem as though I was bothering him.
This morning, I visited this small coffee shop for the first time without using its mobile app to purchase a cup of coffee. The barista was courteous and helpful. My hot beverage (Caffe Americano with cream and sugar) was ready in 7 minutes or so. However, this coffee shop lacked seating and tables, making it unsuitable for those Starbucks customers who need to use notebook PC or Mac laptops to work remotely while enjoying hot breakfast sandwiches & wraps with a cup of Brewed Caffe Verona Clover Vertica. 🙁🤔
