I just had a driver from Stoko’s come back to my house yelling at me because he give me the wrong items and I told him to give me my food. He told me that he had to get my food from the other person that he took it to and he would be back. So this to me means that when there making the wrong drop off it’s ok go back and get your food out of someone else house and give it to you. Know not cool at all.

I got a shrimp chicken Cheesesteak. I don't like that they don't use chicken steak. I guess they use chicken breast or thighs cut up. Either way the chicken was really dry, not seasoned and fatty. Really messed up the sub. And they also use the pre mature shrimp and was still lacking in those. Disappointed cause they were closed by time I got home to check my sub😞

ordered hot spicy sausage parmesan hero and was beyond disappointed. The sausage was breakfast sausage which looked pale and mealy. The cheese was not noticeable. The taste was the worst like eating a vegy sandwich as you couldn't taste the breakfast sausage. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again any time soon.

WE ORDERED DELIVERY AND PAID OVER THE PHONE. IT SEEMS LIKE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HALF OF OUR ORDER WAS MISSING AND WE HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR THEM TO RESEND OUR MISSING FOOD!!! Do not pay until you actually get your food and then only after you make sure you actually get what you order.

I only like placing my order thru the owner's son. The young lady that works upfront is just nasty! She didnt use to be this way and actually its a few of the young ladies there that dont smile, has a nasty tone, and are very short with customers. I've been patronizing this operation far too long to have to put up with the nasty mouths in person and over the phone. I've seen the disrespect to many customers and the customers deal with it. How do you come from another country and be disrespectful instead of grateful. Pathetic customer service period!!! I've read the reviews and im even more disturbed. This place doesn't understand that customers come first!! Also, it appears the owners are so unaware of the nasty attitudes that customers deal with while spending their money! It's so sad but no worries. FYI the Stokos on Hardord rd has become the best location for sure. The sad thing is I truly love the owner's son. He's friendly, caring, and about the business!

Honestly stokos is one of my go to spot the food is always solid.There services is on the top and the food in that money is absolutely outstanding.Its been more than 23 years this place has my heart,love the vibe place and the owner and the people are always willing to help me and always welcoming

I need to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to Stoko's. Despite the establishment's name suggesting a focus on speedy service, my experience was anything but fast. After placing my order, I waited for approximately 40 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized, and I was concerned that my order would be incorrect or mishandled. This lack of confidence in the staff's ability to manage orders effectively detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, I observed cashiers handling food, which is a serious breach of food safety protocols. This practice is not only unappetizing but also poses a risk to customer health. As a customer, I expect a reasonable level of service, efficiency, and attention to food safety. Stoko's fell short in all these areas. To improve, I suggest that the restaurant focuses on streamlining its service, training staff to provide better customer care, and adhering to proper food handling practices.
