I need to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to Stoko's. Despite the establishment's name suggesting a focus on speedy service, my experience was anything but fast. After placing my order, I waited for approximately 40 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized, and I was concerned that my order would be incorrect or mishandled. This lack of confidence in the staff's ability to manage orders effectively detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, I observed cashiers handling food, which is a serious breach of food safety protocols. This practice is not only unappetizing but also poses a risk to customer health. As a customer, I expect a reasonable level of service, efficiency, and attention to food safety. Stoko's fell short in all these areas. To improve, I suggest that the restaurant focuses on streamlining its service, training staff to provide better customer care, and adhering to proper food handling practices.

Mainly all that food taste good except one problem their collard greens are disgusting I wish they'd change the recipe for the collard greens cuz I really love eating them but I just don't like theirs maybe they should get that recipe from New York Fried Chicken they're collard greens so awesome

Last night I decided to grab some Stokos before going home. I got the special with an 8 inch cheesesteak, 8 Buffalo wings, Fries and can soda. The sub and Fries were decent. But those wings they gave me were atrocious! Clearly the wings they gave weren't fresh. These were some wings that were made much earlier and just thrown in hot sauce. Totally unacceptable! I get off at 11pm so idk if it was almost their closing time. But please don't serve your customers old food you wouldn't even eat yourself

Best fried chicken around, i love the fact they are open so late so if you have a craving for good fried chicken at 11pm you're good to go!

I dined in and ordered a chicken cheese steak sub fried onions America cheese lite mayo OMG it was so gross it looked exactly like cheap canned chicken meat and still was shaped rounded like it just came out of the can and they were busy but didn't even try to chop it up to not look like that meat out of the can and I have a good friend who eats that stuff all the time but I just got him clean so he will eat anything yuk and I took it straight back to them I didn't even dare to try it and the people who where ordering I showed everyone in line and you could see a few of them looking and leaving and I did get my money back because they just knew that I was 100 % correct and everyone in line I thought they were going to say something to me and they did, they asked me if I ordered delivery and I said no and I didn't dare to try it and I said does anyone want any of it because they where just letting it sit there till I said that and they couldn't give me my money back fast enough and I was very calm talking so I'd never eat anything from there ever and I feel like puking just thinking about it so sad and they didn't even chop up the meat or whatever you want to call it

Stokos is the best takeout around. Huge menu and they do it all well. All the people rating this low are just complaining. I live in NY but when I come home I gotta hit it up.

First time ordering Stokos on Loch Raven Blvd location on Doordash. I ordered the Western Fries, Peach Cobbler,Chicken Wings (5 Pcs) ,and Lake Trout, and my sister had the Chicken Wings (5 Pcs) and we both got Carrot Cake. We're no stranger to this Stokos location. It's just new to us on Doordash. The food was simply delicious. We never had the collard greens, but my sister loved them. We definitely will be ordering from Stokos again.

We actually ordered online. Called the store for a refund due to all good wasn't delivered. Was told manager was not there à nd all they could do is a credit. I asked for complete refund for platter and girl on the phone declined and put me on hold for 10 minutes said we short staffed it will be 40 minutes. So basically would not refund my money after I Asked them to come whenever
