My location on York road by giant they have a lot of Mexicans who work in there and they give you pretty good amount of food. The restroom is always clean with supplies in the open.

Ordered through the app and got two foot longs for pick up. When I got there, the place was a mess! Drink was spilled on the floor and tables were all dirty. When I picked up my food, the order was completely messed up. Topping that were supposed to be on one foot long were on the other, and vice versa. The only redeeming factor about this whole experience was Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle flavored chips.

I’m going to be very brief. Tonight I was treated with such a high level of disrespect that it was borderline a racial issue. As I patiently waited for my pickup, the employee worked with 2 customers who were before me. As I had no problem with waiting, 3 more customers came inside and my pickup order still wasn’t acknowledged. As I spoke to the gentleman, he acknowledged that he was working on my order but instead, worked on 3 more orders before mine. The reason why I have a problem with it is because once he made my food, he tossed the food on the counter and told me “here”. I’m no dog or animal and will not tolerate any mistreatment of any kind. I am extremely sullen due to this treatment. Do I have to mention that I am a black male and all the customers that were helped before me were white? I shouldn’t ever have to bring up this kind of behavior, but here we are. The young from tonight wouldn’t even look at me as I asked to speak to him. He should be absolutely suspended or fired because his behavior and character is possibly a reflection of the community and your establishment. I will definitely share this experience with my large friend base on social media and TU.0 Stars

Music so loud I couldn't hear the workers, a machine buzzing at random intervals, workers annoyed that I couldn't hear her when she couldn't hear me either. And the food was awful too. The toaster seems to not work, the sandwich was lukewarm and rubbery. The lettuce was also limp and off-color, and the onions were soggy and limp as well. Horrible experience

Subway has been around for quite some time but I have just discovered how great it really is.Something that irritated me at first is that each store sets there own prices depending on location, foot traffic, store rent, and a few other things. This can cause prices to very by as much as $2 per sandwich/meal.Until I discovered the app ad discount promos.You have to use the app and always use a promo code you can reduce the prices by as much as $5.Exmp. The ft long bmt-itial meal at one store is $14.47 but with promo code it's down to $9.45.Another store its $13.47 but with promo code it's down to $9.45.Plus you get 4 points for every dollar spent. I find I get the $2 off about every 5th or 6gh order can't beat it

2nd bad experience at the Towson Md York road, but the last! They have been petty with fillings of their sandwiches for years b4 Covid so no excuses. They refuse to honor the mail coupons 2/ $12.99 excluding FL pro, wraps, monster etc..not rotisserie chicken. Then had the nerve to not give me the manager name
