Ok, we decided to try something new and out of our comfort zone. We walked in and their ordering system crashed. Normally, this can stress a kitchen to panic. NOT these guys! They explained what was happening, told us a way to order online and we're very professional. Nicest crew you could want handling your meal. Now the food, flavorful and plentiful. The portion was enormous! Each bite kicks your taste buds right in the ass! And again, I can't say enough about the crew working here, A+ all around. Definitely give this spot a try, you won't be disappointed!

I hate restaurants that lie about their business hours. This restaurant states they close at 10pm. I got there at 9:54pm and the doors were locked, employees cleaning up and waiving at me that they’re closed. I drove 20 minutes for absolutely nothing. Honor your damn business hours and don’t have the doors shut 6 minutes before closing time.

I just ordered beef stew and jollof. Cost me $30 and was a very small serving. The Taste was just okay but not worth the money. If this is indicative of the rest of their menu I would stay away from this place.

As I have visited the Owen mills location on several occasions & have enjoyed my experience there each time. When I visited the Towson location, I was pleasantly disappointed by the meatpies, chicken pies. & fish pies that I ordered. . When I bit into each of them, there was a stale, rubbery freezer taste and parts of it was cold as if the microwave temperature wasn’t set properly. Took the remainder pies home to get a honest unopinionated verdict from others. They were more disgusted to the point they couldn’t even digest them from the stale freezer taste. The size is small. taste disgusting, and for $4 per pie you would think at least it would be fresh. A waste of $30 for what I thought would be an enjoyable lunch.

Overall flavorful, spicy food ??as expected. The service person was cordial and explained the two dishes I asked about. I enjoyed listening to afro beats while I waited ? Seemed pricey for the portion size of chicken with spinach and plantain. It seemed awkward to use a microwave to reheat instead of a chafing buffet with fuel burners, warming ovens, or warming trays. I'm sure restaurants use microwaves, just not in plain sight for such an authentic meal outside the standard American (fast food) prep.

I am very disappointed with the service we came in order of 3 order food after one hour they came with only one plate, then another 30 min they brought the meat pie then another 20 min plantain then the service don’t even know what they doing. We end up asking for refund cos the whole system is a mess.

Not sure if the cat got their tongue, but when I walked into the empty restaurant, the two men at the register just stared at me without even saying hello. I ordered a chicken shawarma, asking for extra dressing, but when I got home, it was dry, tasteless, and horrible. The portion was so small, it's like they don’t know what true, authentic Nigerian shawarma is. I could've made a better one at home. They definitely won’t be seeing me again! 0/10!

If there were zero stars, I would have selected it. DO NOT order directly from this restaurant. They are fraudulent. I just placed an order and half of the food that I ordered was not delivered.
When I called the restaurant, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. They acknowledged that they did not have the item, but they can't do anything about it because the rest of the item was already delivered. Even the manager said there was nothing he could do about. No order, no refund, in America???? How can a restaurant take my money, don't give me the food, don't refund my money and tell me there's nothing they can do about it?
I wished I had placed my order on door dash, at least they would have refunded my money.
They did not call me to notify me that they did not have the item. I had to call them before they acknowledged that they did not have it. The food that was delivered tastes like something I wouldn't feed to a pig.
In addition to the delivery fee, they tacked on a mandatory 20% tip for the driver. I honestly would have cancelled my order if they had told me they did not have everything I ordered.
I am taking this up with my credit card. This is definitely not how you do business. I've had deliveries where an item was missing and upon notifying the restaurant, they brought the missing item. This restaurant is fraudulent!!!!!!!
I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. If they have done the same to you, please report them. This is not right!!!!
