Horrible customer service, false advertising on doordash and grubhub. Unsanitary and dirty as well.

Having been a soldier and traveling the entire globe I can consider myself a picky experienced food connoisseur. So I must reject some of the other reviews and share my own experience. The staff were thankful, polite, informative, and the food was ready relatively quickly. The flavor varies between your own choices of heat and/spice levels. My wife had shrimp suya and fish suya and jollof and loved it. I had the egusi with meat/pounded yam, and turkey tips.
The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The ambience was delightful. The music was entertaining, and they boxed up our food before departing (huge in my book). Also, the restaurant is BYOB!! We cannot wait for the outside area to be open in the summer.

I spent $50 plus tip, got jollof rice and shrimp suya, 5 pieces of beef on a bed of rice and 5 pieces of shrimp. The beef was dry and shrimp was overcooked. It was definitely not worth the price. 0/10

My experience was not the greatest to be honest and I wasn’t too surprised because the reviews had hinted that. I got different Nigerian foods and none of them hit the “very good” rate for me. They were just very basic and quite overpriced. The suya was very dry, like very dry and the food aesthetic is actually a 1-start. For a restaurant that charges $26 for a dish, I expect you to use actual plates and not plastic plates and spoons to serve. The fact that the food does not also come with water for a dine-in- common!
The asun was just okay but very small for the price.
I will not be returning to the restaurant. It has several potentials for market at its current Towson location but I think it needs an evaluation of food taste, customer service, presentation, prices, to mention but a few.

I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. They sold me cold food and I ask them to heat it up and they refuse to after I paid them…

I ordered for efo riro with beef…I only found just one small beef and I paid so so much for this ..
Terrible customer service.. Unhelpful and unprofessional. It doesn’t matter what the food taste like if the service is nasty.

I truly have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I’ve read so many bad reviews about this restaurant but the food was good to me. Maybe I just don’t know good African food lol. But I will say the price is a bit ridiculous for what you get. $21 for a small container of efo riro ( no protein ) and fufu. For this reason I will most likely explore other options.
Quality service, good food and clean environment.

I ordered suya and fried rice and spent almost $28 on small portions. I believe it's overly priced! But the fried rice was very good. Just two of you was okay.

Terrible!!!! The price they charge for the small amount of food given is insane. Highway robbery at best. I purchased plain rice with meat/beef stew for $22 tax including. You're given about 5 tiny cube size meat pieces with 2 ladles of rice. Come on now. I know you're not sourcing beef from Nigeria to make atadindin stew so why the high premium cost? I see why there's low patronage of this establishment with the ridiculous pricing.
