I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Sweetgreen never delivered my order. When I went online to request a refund, they said my account had too much activity. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Update 11/11/25-Sweetgreen gave me a non working email to reach out with. Do not patronize this business.

The service at these Morenos is a disaster, they don't know how to treat customers. Today is Sunday and it's 7:14 at night. Where should they have bread? Where don't they have cooked bread? Where do they have quinoa? And they don't have any. I ordered a Harvest Bowl and what they did was put it as creating my won sales to charge me more, but they did it because I also changed my salad.

Today was my first time trying sweet greens. I ordered the fish taco. It’s the pic below with a piece of salmon on top. In the pic there is no salmon…why?? Because they sent me the whole order without the dang salmon! That was the point of me ordering the fish taco bowl, if I wanted just a salad I would have ordered that. Oh ! And don’t try calling the store, the system automatically directs you, to reach out to the “specialist “ team via email smh.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Always missing ingredients. no matter what day of the week you get your food at least couple ingredients not available. it has been like this for years. i think you should remove ingredients if you can’t have them available consistently

Just ordered and was served uncooked chicken. I can’t even call the store because of course no one is answering. Sweet Greens has really gone down hill.

I had a harvest bowl which I usually love. Unfortunately my rice was either under cooked or dried out because it was very crunchy and the whole salad stuffered for it. Food was on time, location was cleanly, and staff were pleasant.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
