I’ve never experienced a service like this. I genuinely tried to be patient but I was treated horribly. The food was thrown at me and I was told to pull over to remake my order. The servicer wanted me to come out the car after telling me to pull over. After the lack of empathy for “accidentally throwing the food at me” I requested a refund. Truly disappointed. I don’t recommend coming here.

Super long wait the last two times I ordered from here. The first time I waited over 25 min to finally receive my pre-ordered food. I gave them a try again about 3 weeks later and still had over a 15 min wait for pre-ordered food. What in the world. Once I finally got my food, there’s no apology for the wait and certainly no smiles/welcoming demeanor. Not to mention, the guy at the window is extremely stoic, doesn’t speak at the window or respond when I say thanks and thank you. He also doesn’t extend his arm at all when passing you food. He holds it slightly outside the window then he stares at you as you put the car in park and lean out the window to grab the food. Afterwards, he quickly slams the window shut without speaking one word. Such an odd experience. Clearly he doesn’t want to be at the job. The first time, I thought he was having a bad day but now I see it’s just his personality. Perhaps they are understaffed or he is being mistreated at work. I don’t know. I just know I can’t come to this location again and customer service skills.
Also: Just found out my order was completely wrong. So yea… annoyed and disappointed with this location.

Doing ubers here the workers make you feel like youre doing a disservice to them. Extremely poor attitudes and just ignore you late night at the window while the customer food sits and gets cold. If you dont like your job leave it and shameful to treat paying customers orders in that manner. Manager sat and talked the whole time while waiting in the cold to pick up someone's food. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

The Food was AMAZING as USUAL for me! I'm DIABETIC so I have to watch what I eat and usually am not comfortable eating ANY type of FAST FOOD! But I was able to put together a nice mixture of ingredients that both satisfy my HUNGER and DOESN'T RAISE my blood sugar a whole lot!!! It's not an ideal everyday type meal for me, but with the great prices and convenience it makes for a great option for ANYONE ON THE GO! The SERVICE was QUICK and SPOT ON! Ordered,Paid, Cooked, received, and out the door within 3 minutes! THE ATMOSPHERE was my ONLY less than 5 stars, simply because it was very QUIET and NOT BUSY with customers at all, and it was AFTER WORK - RUSH HOUR, which made me wonder if something was wrong with the store, or the food there, or WHAT??? And I USUALLY ASSOCIATE a restaurant being BUSY with the FOOD being GOOD! But my food and great experience more than made up for it!
