Great place for food and drinks before a show at The Lyric in Baltimore, MD

As poor customer service, they don’t care about the customer already feelings or how do they talk to a customer? I just care about collecting $60 and have a great day and a situation was misunderstanding and you could handle a little better. Are you gonna say he’s not a psycho reader or he can’t read mine or whatever that’s very rude and so sarcastic I would never want to do business with no one talking to a customer that way and didn’t think any big shots

Food was good, wings and Brussel sprouts. Great service,food was good. The area inside is limited space; also my chair was shaky, they may want to check and replace chairs before someone falls. It's a cool warm good atmosphere especially on trivia night. Note: You do seat yourself, very casual..

Undertrained staff talking about beer like they were experts while knowing little to nothing. Bad pours, bad staff, bad management.

Parking: Free garage, equivalent of walking a city block in the hood. Bring protection.

This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ??
All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive.
The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy.
I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.

I have become a fast fan of this place! Easy to get into and out of with parking, great friendly staff who remember you, trivia nights are fun and well put together. Great for meetups, date nights, or just hang out and enjoy a game. Great addition to the neighborhood!

I played at their bingo night with my girlfriend and won. It was pretty fun they only had bar food later in the day, and it was also nice because it was attached to the mall so we could walk around

I love that we walked up to the door to find a chef smoking a joint. Laid back environment for sure ?! Y’all hiring? ?Took a pic if anyone feels like challenging this review. Definitely coming back. Especially if you can smoke weed outside!

Alexis was the absolute BEST service person we dealt with. She was attentive, friendly, and worked her tail off running food and drinks for the WHOLE restaurant. I’m not even sure the other guy was working, quite honestly.

Alexis took care of us and was wonderful !! Super nice and personable and even though it seemed like she pretty much worked the place herself, she handled it like a boss. Classic place for bar food and drinks.
