The Cheesecake Factory

The food and service were great and true to the brand. However, the parking was a little tricky, since I was not shopping at the mall, and only came for dinner. We sat in the bar area for happy hour and our server was great. Wish I remembered her name for recognition.

Towson location curbside service was good. Took about an hour but that was to ve expected during the rush hour. Food was really good. Portions were amazing. We had Chicken Madiera and the Shepard pie, both really good with rich savory gravy and piping hot. Waitress was very nice as well

Been here many times. Always get something different, and it's always good. Service is top notch, the restaurant is usually busy, so it gets a bit loud at times.

Food still good, and the lemon meringue cheesecake was good

My salad came with chicken on it but it was dry so I asked for better chicken and the manager told me I would have to pay for it. Absolutely insane

The food was great and we loved almost all the dishes. And they definitely deserve all the stars for a variety of cheesecake.
I would love to stop by for at least to grab one cheesecake if not the other.
Recommended to be with family or friends.

It was Christmas Eve, my appetizers never came out. My food came out burn, I asked them to please make my steak medium well, they brought out the same burnt steak cold. The manager came and said it was unacceptable but didn't do anything to rectify the situation. My first time there and what a horrible experience.

Came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm and were seated right away. It took the servers quite a while to bring water and bread, as I think they mixed up who was assigned to our table. We ordered food and a non-alcoholic cocktail. The food came out reasonably fast but they never brought the drink. Food was tasty but portions were slightly smaller than I remember them being in the past. Eating out is just getting less and less worth it these days.

Walked into a very-crowded restaurant and my party of four was seated within five minutes or so - extremely short wait!!
Excellent portions of food for the cost on addition to hors-d'ouevres of oil and bread.
Cheesecake is to die for - so incredibly rich and delicious!!
