It was a well kept establishment. We didn't eat there. We just drove down from York Pennsylvania about 50 miles one way just to get some cheesecake to take home. We drove all that way for five slices of cheesecake. It tasted phenomenal. It was worth the drive. Also the staff was very nice and quick. I think it only took about 15 minutes and we were on the way home. I'm not a big cheesecake eater but that I really likedParking: It's almost right next door to the Cheesecake Factory. We found a space just as you start up the second floor ramp so all we had to do was walk down the ramp and make a left turn and we were there

Not gonna say anything about pricing, but the service was slow. I kept being forgotten. Doesn’t make me want to come very often.

Food was a good 3/5Service was okay. The waitress was very busy so can’t fault her for delayed serviceThe drinks were good even the skinny cosmo. Skip the skinny Long Island it just doesn’t taste right. The frozen Georgia peach drink is a must try.

I walked in at 7:58 on the dot with a party of 5. The hostess told us it would be 20-25 minutes, and that we would receive a text message when the table is ready. It was 8:33 when I walked back up to her and asked her for an update on our table. She said “we are cleaning it off now it will be just a few minutes.” Around 8:45, we were still never called back. I went back up and she said that it will be just a few more minutes. Finally, at 9:02, she said our table was ready and apologized. She then walked us to our table, and it took our server 10 minutes to approach us, and she did not seem happy to be there. She took our drink order, and about 5 minutes later she brought all of our drinks, but forgot one of them. I got the strawberry lemonade, and there was SALT on the rim. Not sugar. Salt. On a lemonade. I sent it back politely and asked for sugar instead of salt. We asked for bread, and she gave a basket of four pieces of bread for 5 people. She finally took our order, and it came out about 15 minutes later. The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Our server Molly never came back to check on us until we were done eating, about 25 minutes later. She gave me a tiny box for my HUGE salad, so I politely asked for a bigger box, and she replies “We do but they are put away since we close in 5 minutes.” That’s when I started getting an attitude, and said “we got here at 8, it’s not our fault we have been here for two hours.” We took 20 minutes to eat and then paid. She walked away and returned with a larger box. And to top all of this, she did not smile once the whole night. Overall terrible service, but the food was pretty good.

I don't know why they removed the Chicken Riesling from the menu. My entire family loved that dish.

It was the usual Cheesecake Factory experience. The menu is overwhelming, but the food is solid. Bathroom floors, however, were more moist and gross than they had any business being.
