Lived in the area for quite some time, and have been here in the past as well as just recently. I do not normally leave reviews but for this place i will make an exception. Although they are a little bit different from the Crackpot in the past, and have recently gone through some staff/menu changes, this place is an honest 10/10. My friends and I had a number of items on the menu recently including the Baltimore Seafood Pasta, the Chicken Penne with Alfredo, the Buffalo wings fried hard of course, and the Cheesesteak sub. All of the food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. Then we stayed for a couple drinks for happy hour and they were phenomenal. Real local Maryland seafood, bar, and restaurant.

I went with my brother for his brother’s birthday. We tried calamari, sw egg roll, seafood pasta and bacon wrap shrimp and crab dip It was so awesome experience. I love the food , crab dip was so creamy and bread with that was so soft. and southwest egg roll were best and sea food pasta with Alfredo sauce was full of shrimp, mussels and crab meat ? ?

This place was once a neighborhood seafood place, but it has transformed.

The new owners are from Nepal and have reconfigured the location in to a fusion of cultures. Don't expect everything to be as it was, and that is not completely bad

I enjoyed wings, fries, and a very cold Beer.

My one knock is the loud music playing above a conversational level. It's too loud to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you.

The food menu is garbage. The menu is all over the place. There is no cohesiveness in the menu. It lacks identity and is the worst menu I've ever encountered. On a positive note, the bartenders were wonderful. I went on a Saturday, and the bartenders, Maisha and Tanika, took excellent care of me. However, my crabs were mushy, and the manager refused to take them off of my bill. If you decide to visit the restaurant, I would recommend the double fried wings and visiting on a Saturday night. Otherwise, don't go!

If I could do zero stars I would. The young lady that waited on me was very nice, but that is not the same crackpot I remember as kid. The music was so load and there wasn't really anyone in there. I should've listened to my gut, but I really wanted some crabs. So I ordered my food, I ordered wings, shrimp, and crabs. The wings were cold and my crabs and shrimp were mushy and tasted funny. I couldn't eat that. So I let them know and left. They should change the name of the establishment and never offer seafood again.

Crabs were not seasoned properly. No longer a real crab house.
