Admittedly, haven’t been here in years. Disaster. Flat beer. The worst crab cake I’ve ever been served. Server had no idea how to order our food through his handheld device. Music way too loud for a 5 pm meal. Oh, and half the menu is Indian food - so not a “seafood” restaurant.

This gives the feeling of a restaurant about to close. Empty. Food was gross. I hadn't been in a while and I didn't remember the menu having so many Indian options. So it thought why not? Butter chicken. Bland bland bland. For Indian food to be a theme so prominent on their lunch menu, It's prepared like an afterthought. I asked for unsweetened Iced Tea, a staple at EVERY restaurant in the area and they had to make it. And by make it they put a lipton bag in a glass of ice water just long enough for it to take on a rusty tint abd served it 10mins later.Just let it die, folks. It's a shell of its former self.

Hello I am a customer visiting the crack pot with a guest on January 17, 2024 about 10 pm I just simply ask a question your bartender with the ? a question because she messed up my drink she is extremely rude I was denied service I'm telling you I was polite she seems to have a alternative motive really hoping to just get something simple add fruit she had no fruit I was politely asking her a question she actually told me go back to my seat sit down she don't have to serve me as if she was sneaky to do something or just awful and rude I will never return to the crack pot the bartender can not be trusted and is shady has bad customer service told me she's not serving me just nasty to me as a customer this is who she is I guess only nice if she's charging your card up but I'm the type of person that would show love I'm glad I was showed this level of disrespect because I will never have her as my server again

The new owners are Horrible. I went the other day at 5pm. They were cleaning at 5pm!! I ask the bartender if they were open. She said yes but do not sit at the bar because they were cleaning! I left I really do not understand how this stays open. It great back in the day. No more. So sad.
Service is horrible. Food is OK. Not a classy place. Cussing at bar you can hear all over the restaurant. We used napkins as plates for our appetizers. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

This place is no longer a seafood restaurant! Do not go if you are looking for seafood. My family made that mistake tonight. It was Indian food. Tasty, but not what we wanted. I'm not sure as to why they're still using Crackpot Seafood as their name.....
