I have nothing but good things to say about this Melting Pot. I went here for my birthday and it has quickly become my monthly treat to myself.

Service was horrible. Long stretches of waiting for our server. Server forgot to bring several items and other people had to deliver them. Had to cancel the chocolate fondue after two and a half hours. At the same time, a large group at a nearby table was throwing around F-bombs all evening, nothing was said to them.

Great service for being so early in the day. Food quality is better than it has been in the past, which is alway good. They way things are now served is better for the table setup. Cant wait to go back

We had an amazing celebration there with 12 people. Jalen was an amazing and attentive waiter and John did a great job with me setting the menu. We can't wait to come back!

Worst experience we've had at the melting pot and we've dined there at least 20 times. No manager seemed present. The floor was dirty with debris from tables. First time in 10? Years we were not offered the opportunity to purchase St Jude cards/certificate.

Always a hit! If my steak's overcooked it's all on me. :) I miss the rye bread with the cheese fondue. Pretzels are OK but need a third type of bread.

The experience was amazing! I chose the “Celebrate for $25” option, and we were greeted with balloons and a plushy (I went with the fondue pot), which was such a fun touch. We did the four-course meal and started with the Wisconsin Cheese, which was incredible as always. For the rest of the courses, I chose the California salad, the grill, and the s'mores chocolate to finish. The pork and seasoned steak were personally my favorites—both were delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the sausage, but overall the food was great. It was a really nice night out, and the service was excellent.

I would never recommend anyone to waste their time coming here. The absolute worst thing on top of 500 other flaws is the quality of food. For 83$ a person, you get a tiny portion of cheap, stale bread and raw vegetables slapped on a plate with the cheese fondue. Then, an even tinier portion of meat that couldn’t be worth more than 6$. And lastly, some cheap melting chocolate with the cheapest, stalest desserts on the side (also cut into miniscule pieces) Don’t get me wrong, the idea is cute and could be enjoyable, but to charge 83$ a person and try to pass it off as fine dining is blasphemous. Also, I genuinely couldn’t stomach any of the classic alpine fondue and had to spit it out in my napkin. The meat also tasted mediocre, and despite the website saying a recommended cook time of 2 minutes, each piece of meat took at least 10 minutes without exaggeration. I spent 30 minutes just grilling my meat instead of eating. Who wants to come out to eat and spend a good amount of money just to spend the same amount of effort and time it takes to cook at home? Not to mention the hazard of giving us the same utensils to stick into raw meat and then stick back into the cooked meat to eat with. The dessert was fine for being at most 2$ of melted chocolate in a pot with cheap grocery store sides. The interior was mediocre. The grey paint from the walls was literally splattered across the ceiling corners where they met. All I have to say is their profit margins here must be insane. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere.

The service was awful .. celebrating my granddaughter 18th birthday and our waitress was awful .. she obviously hates her job and never smiled once .. tried to talk with her and very monotone answers , talked extremely low . The cheese fondue was clumsy and extremely salty .. bread and vegetables were old. My granddaughter has visited this location as well as others and was usually very happy. This visit totally changed her mind. Very expensive dinner for less than average food and would expect a much better customer service experience. We will forward this to all her friends and our family unfortunately 😔

Melting Pot is one of our favorite restaurants, so of course we would choose to dine here out of state as we have never had such an appalling experience at Melting Pot as we did tonight. We made it known on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and that we had allergies in the party. First, our reservation was for 7:15. We were seated promptly upon arrival by a very kind host, and I believe a manager. We sat at our table, ignored by all, for almost 20 minutes. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. Finally, a server comes to us, and tries to rush us through a drink order, and seems really annoyed that we are already ready to order. We placed our order. Here's where I have the issue. I explained my allergy to my server, quite politely. The number of times she told me "she didn't get it" or "wow that's weird" made me feel really uncomfortable, but I let it go. Cheese course was fine, salads were fine. Our server comes and puts the pot of broth on the cook top to heat up. We didn't see her for another 15 minutes, and when I tell you that this liquid was bubbling and popping, we were literally afraid we were going to be burned. By the time she came to our table with our entrees, half of the liquid had already evaporated out of the pot. Entrees come out, she explains all the sauces and tells me I can't eat some of them because of my allergies. Again, I've eaten at MP so many times, I know exactly what I can and cannot eat on their menu. The number of times that I specifically was spoken down to by this server, is innumerable. I have friends that have worked for melting pot in the past, and I know what it takes to actually become one of your servers, and I don't know how our server this evening slipped through the cracks in terms of y'all's training process, but please re-educate your servers. This was bad. We cancelled our dessert order and left as soon as possible. This was a horrendous way to spend my birthday.
