This was an absolute waste of time. My friend and I, plus her special needs participate all decided to come out for there wicked trivial. Which we are enormous fans of. We had played for about 2 hours, our team was in first place and right at the end people who had tablets and phones out went and said that our team had cheated. Even though all our electronics were facing down or put away. This was by far my worst experience with trivial. The management did nothing to rectify the situation and let an outside hire tell us.absolutely no hospitality. I can honestly say I will never be back after this experience, go to the brass tap way more fun and way more accommodating.

Just left with my buddies and we are all full and very satisfied, the bartenders Holly and Lay were extremely welcoming. The chef Tyler was leading his crew Jay and there was a new guy back there and they KILLED IT ! They put their foot in every plate, will be back very soon and highly recommend!

The bartender on the left side of The Point is consistently terrible. He didn’t greet us, ignored us for nearly 10 minutes at an almost empty bar, and then told us he couldn’t make half the drinks on the menu. When he finally did, the cocktails were easily the worst we’ve ever had — completely undrinkable.
This isn’t a one-off; it’s the third time he’s served us, and every time the service and drinks have been awful. He seemed out of it — distracted, unprofessional, maybe even under the influence. To top it off, he served my drink in a dirty glass. When I asked for a replacement, he just poured the same disgusting drink into another cup instead of remaking it. I had to insist he start over.
It’s such a shame because the bartenders on the other side of The Point are excellent — friendly, attentive, and professional. This one bartender, however, drags down the entire experience and the bar’s reputation. I won’t be coming back.
