You are seriously missing out if you pass by this food truck. Unbelievably delicious ribs, tender, meaty and good size portion pork ribs. I'm in love with their food! I've gotten the wings, the brisket tacos and the Cajun fries....EVERYTHING is delicious ! Can't wait to go back and try one of their sandwiches. Chef Carlos is the real deal ! Located on the side of Planet Fitness, parallel to Taylor Ave, in the Hillendale Shopping Center

I was in the area and in the mood for pit beef. Googled looking for a place and found this place. To be honest, I am leery of food truck food. A majority of the time, it is mediocre and high priced. Boy, was I surprised. I ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger with Sweet Potato Fries and a Coke. That was one of the best “burgers” I’ve ever eaten and the fries were lightly coated in sugar. Best food truck meal I have ever eaten. I highly recommend a visit because the friendly service...

I had the brisket burger 8/10 Really good!
Crunchy green beans 8/10 really good
& the Mac & cheese 4/10 really nasty ( no seasoning)

Overall I will be going back! I’m excited to try more. Customer Service 10/10
