I ordered for a medium thin crust pizza with mushrooms, onions and ground beef, this evening. To go! When I got back to my place to eat it. I was disappointed. The pizza was not a thin crust, it was burned and it doesn't look freshly prepared. This was my second time at this place ordering pizza. I am very disappointed.

Use to eat here 2-3 times a week. Now they have updated to slice.com not sure if they changed ownership? But food quality and prices are ridiculous.

I recently visited Towson Pizzeria and was left disappointed. For around $30, we got two subs, but they were skimpy on meat and looked quite small. The fries had no salt, adding to the disappointment. Given the price, I expected better quality.
Moreover, the service was lackluster. The lady at the front seemed dismissive and had an attitude, even though the place wasn’t busy. This made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, while the food has potential, the combination of quality and service issues means I can only give 3 out of 5 stars

It's edible but that's about all I can say. Food was bland and mediocre. My cheesesteak sandwich was almost entirely beef and onions, not much cheese or sauce or peppers or flavor. At least the portion was a decent price for the size, but I could've just as easily bought beef and onion and made a better sandwich myself.

I've ordered several times but today will be my last. The quality has diminished the past several orders. Maybe they are busy, short handed. Ck tenders were so small and my cheese steak sandwich had no cheese and it was cold. I always tip 25% but I'm not paying for food like this.
Great slice at a typical college pizza place.

Best pizza in Towson. It's the sauce, I swear. It's sweeter than other pizza sauce and its stupid good. I would never leave a review of pizza, but I am actually passionate about this spot.

1st visit. Stopped in for an afternoon carryout cheesesteak. Excellent! Quality ribeye sliced and chopped finely. Good onion and fresh tomatoes. Good sub roll toasted perfectly. Best I've had in the area including Real Thing around the corner. Service lukewarm but efficient.

Ordered Fettuccine Pasta with mushroom and shrimp. The pasta tasted like milk and the bread was salty. Overall really disappointed with the purchase. Also local support fee was added. Definitely go somewhere else like cheese cake they have better pasta for the same price.

Went here on January 3 on my lunch break and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. Customer service was quick and the store looked clean. The pizza was delicious and I loved how they cut the pizza slice into two pieces. I will definitely go back whenever I’m in the area.

I don't recommend ordering from this shop with credit card advanced payment. As one of the delivery drivers one time did not like completing his duties. Last time I ordered, they told me delivery driver tried calling me, like the driver had trouble following simple delivery instructions, like simply ring buzzer to access apartment door to be buzzed into the building. The delivery driver then drove off without serving me my food. Nothing difficult about that. About 40 minutes after their delivery driver failed to bring me my sub and fries, the door dash driver had no problem understanding how to ring the bell to deliver my tacos from Taco Bell. So yes, the bell did work that night.Since I lived in this building, no other delivery driver has needed help comprehending that simple instruction. I only ordered from this store a few times. What a shame, because I could of been a regular customer ordering from them each week as I liked one of their subs. But if it's too difficult for them to deliver food, unfortunately I have had to take my business elsewhere. What a shame. The last couple of times I ordered prior to this, I noticed the delivery driver showed up with a mask, that should of I guess been a warning sign that they were going back to the covid style car side delivery. The delivery driver had no problem finding the buzzer to access my apartment building to be buzzed in the few times prior to the last time that I ordered. No excuse for drivers behavior, as I did leave a decent tip in advance, unlike some folks. If you order from here, I recommend only payment in cash when you receive your order. This store is the reason why I normally don't pay in advance for food delivery, unless they are one of those stores I know I can count on for good customer service every time.I actually left this store a really nice review too, just about a week prior to this. This sets an example of why I normally wait a long time to give a store a review. I thought I gave this store benefit of the doubt prior to this poor service, by leaving a good review and apparently I was wrong. My advice for this store, is to always remember that being a good business owner, is all about remembering that inorder to be a good business owner, you must care about serving every single customer with good customer service, regardless of how big or small that you think their order is.
